I respect people until they say stuff like this, because I know a hell of a lot of people of the older generation who demand respect, yet act like my generation. On the issue of P plates being dispalyed. Do it. Its the law. I like to know if someone I'm following is a P plater. Lets face it, you're all pretty low on experience and high on piss and wind and trying to impress your mates. We deserve fair warning. Don't deny us that and enjoy your fines. If you actually read the road rules and relevant legislation you may have a good defence from idiot coppers looking to exlpoit you. You have no defence if you do not know the rules you are supposed to follow. What about all of the fully licensed drivers out there who can't drive. You don't get any "fair warning" with those. It really reflects on your driving ability when you run into someone because you weren't aware of how bad they were driving and then blame it on them because their P-plates weren't displayed. You should be aware and cautious of all drivers because they all pose a risk! Sure P-platers are less experienced, but it gets to a point where the older "better, experienced" drivers get lassaiz faire and start slipping and having accidents. And we don't make elderly people wear E-Plates. Some of them are just as dangerous as P or even L Platers. EDIT: Oh, and since when do bad P-Plater driver's go from bad to good when they get their fulls. They're probably still "learning" they've still got all the bad habits of a P-plater, but guess what? NO WARNING!!! Shock horror! The PM he is an idiot. nuff said!! So what makes him an idiot? He's a shitload better than old johnny howard ever was! It'll be just Rudd's luck that Rudd will be voted out in the next election before this whole thing's even over and then it'll be back to "Oh, labour's so bad! Well atleast they let all the people that don't work get something! This is what sucks about the Libs and them having control of the House or Senete or whatever it is.
