May 9, 200818 yr comment_245269 KE30 Con's: Lack of passenger space in the back Vynal seats I have to agree with the passenger space in the back. I'm a tall person and when I drive my seat is all the way back. When I have passengers, I have to drive very uncomfortably so that the person behind me has leg room. There is no way that this car can be made into a 5 seater, I've squeezed 3 people into the back before, and I mean squeezed. I could barely close the doors and they were average sized people. Best keep it as a 4 seater. Also, back then the KE30 was the smallest car Toyota released in the country. It would have been the equivalent to out Yarris today. A budget small car, small, basic and cheap. As for the vinyl seats, I actually like them. I love the look. You kind of get over the coldness in the winter and pain in the summer (just wear a shirt). Con: Old Rusty Require more frequent maintenance to remain reliable and roadworthy Having to continually justify my choice in project vehicles to poser retards in R33 Skylines... I have the resources to buy their car, their funster boy haircut and their goddamn kidneys... with change left over give their girlfriend a proper night out... I choose not to. May 10, 200818 yr comment_245468 My KE30 Pros: Cheap as to run, easy as to fix, is 30 years old but the vinal seats are still good, and the dash is still completly uncracked and doesnt rattle, and the speedo is accurate still accurate (within 2km) at 110. looks great (have wanted one ever since i was six years old just for that reason). was owned by a little old lady before me and so has only done 120 000km, Handles great (handles about 1000times better than a mkII escort that i had before it... stuipid ford) Cons: not the most powerful car in the world(stock 3k-c engine), the lady who owned it before me didnt drive it for 3years before she sold it to me so the engine is a little gungky (mega crank pressure) but its slowly cleaning itself out, new set of rings and she'll be right. I sit with the seat as far back as it will go and only just have enough room, but my knee hits up against the window winder and acutally becomes quite sore if driving for long periods. all in all i love my car, its champion! July 2, 200818 yr comment_257676 I love everything about my corolla... mainly because of its horn shape. Its a 2 door, quite rare shape SE AE70 The only thing i hate about it, is the fact its still in the bloody garage in project stage!!!! can't wait to drive her though! Report

July 2, 200818 yr comment_257720 My AE82 Corolla Seca Pro's Cheap to buy Cheap to run Cheap parts Fun to drive Get heaps of comments from chicks about how they love my car Con's Slow Burning oil (smells) Cost me over $5800 so i guess it's not that cheap Overall i love my rolla. It's great fun to drive and working on it keeps me sane. Report
