have superlites on order ''15''s

as for the bumpers PRO PLATING in prahran

$600 inc. stripping - straightening - polishing - dipping

Do you have their phone number ? The places i have checked in Brisbane want a touch over $400 for each bar.

Well time has come fellow roller club fans, that engineering has been sucsessful,

road worthy is in the bag and,

regestration was a pain in the friggin arse, but we got it done!

 

So ends this thread and thank you all for your support though out the past 16 months.

 

Every trim has been placed every nut has been turned.

 

So here's a parts list to all ya'll Roller Fans,

 

Engine

1989 4agze efi motor removed from a Ae92' coupe 121 KW all factory efi and emition contolls remain in tact and functional

Gear Box t55 5 speed

Heavy duty clutch

Magnaflow matallic 2.25" cat converter fitted to exhast system

1973 ta Toyota celica T-series 4.1.1 differental with after market LSD differential

Tail sharft modified to suit T50 Box

 

Suspension

Front struts and springs KE25

Lower wish bownes KE15 with K25 ball joint fitted

Rear leaf springs have had additional leaf added

 

Breaks

Front disks are KE55 with KE70 callipers

Ebc green" pads fitted to front callipers

Rear drums are stock 8" TA22 Celica

Break Master cylinder 13/16 mazda 626 1984 dual circuit

remote PBR VH44 booster fitted to front break circuit

fuel system upgraded to EFI with commodore VL fuel pump, and Diahatsu Cherde carbon canister ULP restrictor fitted to filler kneck

 

Wheels

15x7 rear

15x6 fronts

 

Finished weight: 830KG

Question....

 

You run KE15 lower wish bones with KE25 ball joints.

 

From all I know and read and meassured my self KE25 ball joints use a different tapper on the stub shaft part of them. This is henc the different part number. Did you machine the different tapper into the wish bones?

 

As I have seen a KE10 destroy a set of wish bones after they tried running KE20 ball joints as I helped him with a set of spare wish bones.

 

So woundering how you got around this?

 

But all in all id be VERY happy with that car there so much fun to drive the KE15 light and with a GZE dam fast :)
