May 15, 201214 yr comment_604087 That combo 5k d-dish pistons/4k large chamber head from memory gives 8.2:1 from memory. That's low enough for 14psi with a camshaft. Report
May 15, 201214 yr Author comment_604089 cheers stu that was the aim for compression. i know the crank/rods are gonna be fine for 12psi. more that this i not sure the endurotec or the other more expensive pistons will last. my machinist also said that 7k pistons sit 2mm lower in the bore. even less compression? LOL Report
