i don't think my car would even make the top 50 :P

According to my highly unreliable navigator, the 37 topped out at 197 in 5th at the last rally. I didn't think it'd do more than 180. This was a digital reading via the trip meter.

 

Done with 2tg, webers, etc...

I just took mine for a run with the spare 5K engine in it and the NOS wound up,what can i say.

hahahahaha mine does 0-100 in 13.4 yep the 4afc is shit but you already new that right.

Hopefully i can post my times in the next month finally picking my little beast up this week. Hoping for a 12sec qtr. Should be easy if i can get traction.

Don't know about quarter mile (although Wheels say it should do a 16.6 with two people in the car and a tank of fuel) but my black Corolla has shown 205km/h on the speedo. But when you take innaccuracy into account, it was probably more like 190.

I've seen an indicated 200 in the AE102, completely stock. Now, you'd expect a fair bit of error at this speed, but I was almost smack on redline and doing the calcs from 5th gear, final drive and tyre size it would have been only 5km/h out or so

Dave McPhersons used to be the fastest over the 1/4 in Australia with an 8.54 @ 161mph in a 13B powered KE20. Theres another guy whos got a faster time but Ive never seen the car. Murray Kifer with a 8.25 @ 164mph again KE20 + 13B.

 

Theres a Puerto Rican (I think) Corolla (can't remember what type...) with a turbo 3T running something like a 7 second quarter.

Robert Benk's (some NSW guy) Toyota Corolla, 1.6 litre 20v ran a 10.51 second pass with a top speed of 222k/ph

They call him Backyarder.

 

Its a monster of a car and he's hoping to be in the 9's soon from what I have read.

 

My AE82 Twinky winds off the clock, but it takes a while to get there!

Just wonderin is that a turbo through a hole in tha bumper. lol
