I'm going - I have a title to defend :dance: see: The show and shine kicked off for a bright and (way too) early Sunday. With cars from all the local clubs setting early to get a good spot, it was set to be a great show. Unfortunately it was 42? But hey, can�t blame us for that! The loudest exhaust was taken out by Adrian from the Classic Celica Club, while the overall winner was Leslie Nadine from the Rolla Club with her very nicely presented, extremely rare, turbo charged Corolla. it's awesome!!! I don't have one but I got one in for a friend, the force feedback is great, and the gear shift is comfy, the only downside is we attached it to a desk and the height wasn't quite right, but still once you got over that it's great! The frame idea is a good one! Lesley :y:

That's really bad news..... hope they get it back some time soon, the people that steal cars are shits, especially when they do it this close to christmas. slightly off topic: why don't people insure their cars? That way when it's stolen you're covered and most insurance policies cover a small amount of contents too.... Lesley

I was thinking about this thread the other day, because I started listening to linkin park... LOUD .... there are a couple of 15/16 yr old boys that I give lifts to (because I'm now a fill-in mum taxi) and they got embarrassed because when I picked them up "I made the psshhtt sound and had linkin park blaring and the windows were down ... and I'm old, and a girl, and I'm not supposed to do that" two days later, their friends came into the shop and in front of them told me I "was cool"... go figure!!! Lesley :lolcry: oh, and I was singing too...and THEN found out I wasn't singing the right words LOL!!!! and I only just remembered that because whilst I'm surfing the net I've got it cranked and I'm singing and my 13 yr old came in and asked if I could turn it down!!!

actually, I don't want a handicap, I didn't do too badly (compared to others!!) :lolcry:
