  1. how much better is colin 1 than colin 2. i've been playing 2 for a while, the wench got me to play 1 today (cos like i own it and have never even put it in the playstation) and omg it rocks. the car stays a heap flatter (no body roll at all) but the stages and scenery are a shitload better. i think i'm going to play the first one from now on i've got 3 and 4 for pc on their way from my mate in sydney. 4 has tcpip net play, hello broadband two player rally :)
  2. you can't tell me they landed that safely. my god!
  3. that really depends on your welding and fabrication skills. i dare say if you had to pay someone else to do it, you may as well just fit a 4age and end up with a more reliable and more driveable car, for about the same price, if not less
  4. i used to be like that, then i got about halfway through year 9, totally got over school. you really only have to start trying about halfway through year 11
  5. shortening the diff? we do not bother with this silly detail :) that's quote tough hey. and far too straight for a dirt track car
  6. lol that violin emoticon. and don't worry teddy, you're doing well :)
  7. haha just sit and hog the demo! like someone talking really loudly on their mobile then it rings :) i actually have datyona usa and virtua cop 1 and 2 on pc, it's really good to practice for when you go to arcades. back in high school i was almost unbeatable
  8. lolololol!!!!1111
  9. thats actually quite a large oil leak, you'd be surprised how much area a small bit of oil can cover when it's thinned
  10. haha just wag and forge your mums signature
  11. don't make me crack out the "your" picture again. it's you're an idiot nick  i've got a shamrock sticker on my car too, or i will when i can be bothered going out there and doing it :)
  12. there is a young kenny in lismore who used to own a proton satria. his big trick was to rev it out in first, switch his aircon off and shift into second. the big revs coupled with the sudden pressure in the aircon system used to make a factory blow off valve in the cooling pipes actuate, so the car really would go "psscht". it was funny the first three times, after that we all just gave him stick :) people in arcades are dickheads, much better to sit at home playing mame games. tho a crew of guys rocking up in race suits to datyona usa or side by side 2 would be f@$ken funny
  13. righto boys, um maybe wednesday, i'll have a chat to sam and see when's good for him, confirm for you by sunday (if i'm not too hung over after birthday barbie sat night WHEE)
  14. yeah street cred only :) and maybe if i make my car look like a "proper" track vehicle the feds will leave me alone
  15. i was in kmart yesterday and saw Huffy have released this trike called the Green Machine. it's a normal big wheel but instead of turning the front wheel, you have two levers attached to the rear axle and it's hinged behind the driver. i reckon you could do some well good slides in that!
  16. that seatbelt thing is amusing, and not as dumb as it looks when you think about it :)
  17. where do u get those sticker sets like battery triangle and tow hook and stuff?
  18. ditto. i just want to post on forums and email people and play old games sometimes. i hate having to do "technical" things to get my computer to work :)
  19. the best thing about new zealand is that everyone is granted an equal chance to own a te27. it would be my ideal holiday spot if i ever choose to go overseas
  20. i want to hear this ke70 of yours hey. do you work full time? my mate and i were thinking of coming up the gold coast next week during the day, we should meet up and look at chicks in pacific fair / cavill :)
  21. is it better to install them so the pins go side to side or front to back or doesn't it matter?
  22. torque lock lol good one :)
  23. cool thanks muchly, i was trying to think of a way to get whiteout or something to stay wet long enough to mark a spot to drill, grease is a great idea! i don't have problems drilling the bonnet, it's just a corolla bonnet, and a couple of holes and more chrome is a f@$kton better than bent plenum, roof, bonnet, hinges, etc etc
  24. ive been doing some sideways dirt/gravel action this week and i'm sick of my bonnet popping open the first step, because one day it's going to open all the way i got myself some bonnet pins today, i'll probably copy nikki and install them in place of the existing rubber stops fook, what did you use for rubber stops on yours? it was a leaf eye bush chopped in half wasn't it? anybody else got some tips or handy ideas for installing them? i'm guessing measure lots of times and drill small pilot holes for everything first so i get my positioning right. any other help?
  25. i'm going to grafton hillclimbs :) apparently the 327 chev ke20 lives in my town!
