  1. we used to play CS, starcraft, midtown madness, tfc. my videocard sucks arse (gf2mx) so i don't play new games, they don't really excite me anyway, storyline is lacking and too much focus on graphics not gameplay. i'm more into emulated stuff like snes, genesis and mame
  2. if i could legally fit a 12a (without registering my car as an icv) then i'd already have a motor and be learning how to rebuild rotaries instead of piston engines
  3. ahh yes lan parties, i used to get up to this silly mischief when i was your age. out of interest, what games are people playing these days?
  4. lol hungry flaps, gross :) i always thought they were the same parent company?
  5. http://ausrotary.dntinternet.com/forums/vi...er=asc&start=60
  6. lol tweed heads u southerner. hey how come they changed burger king at south tweed autobarn to a hungry jacks :) i was well pissed off, i loved those king sized cups!
  7. my car drives better at 38psi than at 42psi haven't done any further experimentation than that :)
  8. they weren't GTs tho. they were trim models like Levin, Sprinter, Trueno or some combination thereof
  9. haha we just had the big argument on oldcorollas about driving with a locked diff. personally i love it. the car doesn't really understeer too badly, it's so light you can just scuff the wheels around to the driving line. and phat predictable power oversteer rocks. that being said, i don't fancy constantl springing for new axles, or getting defected for when i chirp-chirp-chirp around a roundabout in front of a cop, so open center for me :) wish i could afford a starlet lsd
  10. where do you live? i'm in alstonville
  11. i don't know about the four wheel disc thing, but the only corollas to come out with 2TGEU motors were the TE51 Levin GT and TE70/72 GT (and the TE62 but who's ever going to see one of them)
  12. no it doesnt
  13. yes i meant golf cart hahaha yeah see, i would want to drive my car to more than "official club events", things like up to see you fellas, and to do the whole hoon carpark gathering thing, and street race or go drifting with my friends, and to pick up the wench, and just because it's a fun car to drive :)
  14. billet and a lathe, it wouldn't be that hard for anyone who's done a tafe metalwork course
  15. nah its too fun to drive around. i can however buy a gold cart and register it for occasional road use, now that would be funny :)
  16. actually i was thinking of buying a normal car and using the ke25 for track work. but i don't want to lose my plates, and i can't afford two registrations. this could well be the ticket, hmm off to the rta website i go
  17. no no no, us young boys don't want to do these things. try "getting him" to drink some jim beam and play playstation alot and chase girls and spend all his spare money on his car. NOW we can talk about the perfect son :)
  18. yeah three brake shops in lismore said the same thing about nick's mini. half a day of work at ballina and his handbrake has never worked better, it flicks the car around on a dime. if you made time, it would be worth it, they work saturday mornings too. talk to ross and say you're one of jamie's friends
  19. i love reading old hot 4s mags where they talk about the "corolla sprinter" (nobody knew the words ae86 or god forbid hachi roku) being a rare car that nobody had ever heard of, let alone did up! kindof like when they talk about how cordias are also nice popular cars that can be had for the bargain price of 8 grand. ahh i'm living in yesterday :)
  20. hey fookie, bring your car down here to ballina brake and exhaust, i'll bet a million dollars that ross can get your handbrake working properly
  21. if i had a dollar for every time somebody said they'd be getting a supra, i'd be a very rich man. it's almost as bad as someone asking questions about a turbo 4age in toymods. i'll believe it when i see it seriously, jza80s are overrated anyway. sure they look good have have phat engines, but they're so heavy and the understeer like a bitch with stock power, and the factory wheels are just crap. jza70, now THERE'S a real supra! good luck finding one tho :) maybe i'm just anti-mainstream, i don't really like ae86s either
  22. yeah thats about right, 185/60 A539s were $125~$129 last time i shopped for them
  23. however, a overrated 69 ke10 with 76000 miles and whitewalls just went in the most recent Just Cars magazine for $3000. it was advertised for $3600 and matt was going to buy it, offering them MORE to hold it for him while he got the loan some things just make you wanna cry huh
