Best thing to do is to buy an AE82 twincam wreck and swap every thing over into your car, Price depends on what you do during the conversion, I am very experienced with AE82's and I did a single cam to twincam conversion in 33 hours, Where abouts are you located?

You don't hook the accelerator up to the ecu, Hook the accelerator up to the throttle body and the TPS on the throttle body sends a signal to the ecu. Simple if you know what you are doing.

A soft mount kit comes with all fittings either springs or rubber isolators, Important thing is to not do the nuts up too tight. Des if you look at my engine bay pics I had the brake booster hose running into number 4.

Currently watching Wheeler Dealers on Discovery Turbo (foxtel) and they are tidying up an old xjs 2 door, One of the jobs was to do the hood lining and I reckon it only just got out of the passenger side door.

4ag does not have a mechanical pump tho, Last time I looked at a holley red they were around the 12psi mark, Just checked again and they run a max of 7psi Dunno if they have changed the pumps at all as the blue one looks lower. Des If the reds only push 7psi max then don't worry bout a reg. EDIT: Forgot to add that the recommended PSI for a weber is 4-5psi.
