I finally got around to installing the factory air box and put my k&n panel in it, I no longer have the 4500rpm onwards pod power sound but it seems to have better bottom end torque but lacks top end.

Id say your pickup is half blocked not allowing the full oil pressure that it requires to open the switch but still lubricating the engine, It happens.

Get a T18 x-member and gearbox,

I have plenty of spare C52's if you wanna buy one, If you want a nice amount of bottom end torque I suggest putting a supercharger on it.

I used to work for a caltex servo where they had an onsite garage which I did some work away from the console but to pay a mechanic that was there a full weeks wage you have to be doing alot of services or repair work, There is a caltex up here at North Ipswich that still does mechanical but there is no money in it now when your mum, dad or grandparents can go to the local kmart tyre and auto and have a day of shopping.
