Wheeler dealers is a great show though you have to wonder about a few of the things they do. The episode on the aw11 was interesting as it showed what England did to the car in regards to rust.

Cheers. Same here. Painted the last of the brackets today so now I will focus entirely on the blower cleaning and putting it back together.

I stopped as I didn't have any cam support shims to bring the chain tension back up.

Nice!!! Where did you find this as I am forever chasing pics of them as I need to find what people are doing with the top water outlet on the head. I am thinking of running a fwd 4age one.

Nah it is a direct bolt onto the head setup, the image I posted a few above of the manifold on the head is all that separates the blower and the head. You can't see much but this is the setup:

Yeah, sorted it out as it isn't needed.

That is a tidy looking manifold. Don't write the blow up off as an oil issue, how is the tune going? If it is detonating it will knock out the big ends just as it has.
