  1. I shall see if we have an older one on the shelf at work.
  2. That looks sweet, is that an old lace table cloth?
  3. I have, I admire the work you actually went through to do it, no one else that has done it has probably gone through the fab you have to do it and have probably used custom bell housings etc. I was just saying that rwd 2az's do exist and I wouldn't be surprised if more popped up.
  4. I'm gonna have to do your updates for you soon :P
  5. ʞ©$ɟ the aw11s, ke70s, ae71s and ae86s. Rolling around in something quick that isn't a shoebox is fun.
  6. It's not the 1st rwd 2az tho, been done in the states for years...
  7. I don't get how they can make the stuff so cheap, that's the rail I was looking at along with the injector kit, and then you get the custom plenum and the turbo setup. All that with my greddy e-manage should go good. Can't wait to see some numbers from yours.
  8. Put a Mazda AZ-1 badge on it :P
  9. Sif you'd own a 1J 83 :P Never late in an X8.
  10. Ok, I may have a front black guard from a sportivo, will have to see if it's any good.
  11. Listed for a LH rear 1/4 panel for a ZZE122 & 123: Panel 61612-1E310 Are you around Bris?
  12. EGR port, remove it and bung up the intake manifold.
  13. I would love to keep it but I have too many cars/bikes etc so I gotta get rid of some of my stuff.
  14. Gonna sell this as it doesn't get used, hasn't for a while now and it just seems like a waste, pm me if you are interested.

    Maxi

Good to see you are still going on this.
  16. Hit a slight road block with it, the sump has been cut and shut and the welds resemble swiss cheese, it even had devcon or the like smeared over the welds so instead of trying to fix it I am going to track down a Z2* 720 sump which I'm hoping won't be hard.
  17. Well things change, after searching for an engine upgrade for 2 odd years I finally got a z18et for it, it was in a 720 kingcab with a steel tray and it ran 13's so it should get this moving nicely. It had a blown head gasket (No1 firering broken) so I have pulled it apart, cleaned up the head, re-cut the valves and faced the head. Now all that is left is to take the sump off and reseal it, new crank seals and just clean the block up. The turbo is off of a saab 900 and seems like a pretty good upgrade, I will probably kit it before it goes back on. The intercooler setup it has I will be changing to mount all the piping better and make mounted pipes into the radiator support so it isn't just a bit of pipe sticking through a hole. The fuel system will consist of the standard fuel pipes but will have a surge tank fitted next to the fuel tank under the tub, have the feed and pressure pumps and just need to sort out the surge tank. So everything is there to make this go, I just need to do it and the good thing is is that I just got my bronze corolla back as it was loaned out so I can drive that while I do the swap over :)

    Spotted Qld

Spotted a very tidy yellow ke30? sedan in Redbank Plains yesterday, looked like someone had put some nice work into it.
