Both of my bosses and a few mates do sprints at Warwick and they don't have a cams licence. Only need it to do cams events.

If you wanna do sprints, track days etc then you don't need to have a cams licence.

Diamonds - I dunno. Plates - well, I am a sucker for this as I have had a fair few and I honestly can't tell you why but there are still a few more I wanna get. Weddings I can understand but some of the money spent on them is a bit out there.

Quite common for heat wrapping to hold in the heat and do stuff like this. ACL heat shield and/or ceramic coating is a better option.

Ha, got my red paint today and phuck it is a nice red, my cam covers are currently in the aluminium bath to strip off my last paint job so I am hoping to paint them and the block this week. Also have 2 get bearings for the snout but the rotor bearings were fine.

To be honest I have never actually noticed but I have had more slants than flats.
