yea I'm leaning towards some new school type rims, watanabes look good on ae86's and drift cars but is it really worth the money for a ke70? (konig rewindes go for $250 a corner plus tyres plus postage)

Just wondering about your thoughts on rims for a KE70 corolla. In your opinions would you like something thats old school ie challengers or hotwires or Something thats new like Concept 5's or RS5's or would you go for the dished dori drift wheels like Konig rewindes or Watanabes? the reason I'm asking is because I'm trying to make my mind up. I'd like some dish but no more than an inch and i will have a budget of around $1500 for rims and tyres id also prefer to by new and id prefer either 15's or 16's thanks, John

well I'm not the one thats going to make it and my teacher said its easy for him to weld cast alloy so it really doesnt bother me. However does anybody know what modifications if any have to be done to get a 7ke manifold to fit on a 4k? and what should i expect to pay for a 7ke manifold? (just the manifold no injectors etc)

thanks for that. so where would i go to get hold of all this stuff? (i live in launceston tasmainia so i have burstons, pabs, riceobarn, supernasty and a few other smaller places to choose from) What i really want to no is can i go in with a list of stuff that i need and they will get it off the shelf or am i going to go wrecker crawling? (apart from the throttle body i know i need that off a motor from a wrecker or a private seller)

well give me some ideas. ie what kind of engine would i get a suitible throttle body off? What size injectors will i need? What kind of ECU will i need? what kind of AFM do i need? and I'm not saying that it will happen over night I'm just trying to work out whether its going to be a worthwile thing to do, because i would like to efi a little 4k and see how it goes, and btw keep the constructive critism comeing because that way for everything you say wont work meens i will have to find a way to fix it, Thank you, John
