I got it from the UK. Came pretty fast with no problems whatsoever.

For the chin spoiler you can use one off a GTI golf. Like this one http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Deep-front-chin-spoiler-splitter-Golf-MK1-Caddy-GTI-/261313694398?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3cd7828abe&_uhb=1 Here is a dodge picture of it on my ke55.

A t25 is ridiculously small on a 3.8L.
-
I sold it on this forum because it had a little too much rust. Have a ke55 with a sr in it now. You should be pleased with the power/driveability compared to the 3k haha.

Good idea. 300rwhp or a little less is a sweet spot for sr's, it seems after that (and occasionally before) they are living on borrowed time. Don't listen to anyone who tells you that you need 350-400rwhp because that will cost big $$. 300rwhp will be more than enough! Will keep watching the thread. Sort of reminds me of my old ke30, same green colour, same two black stripes down the side as well.

Yeah some are IRS. They are starting to get a bit more popular now, IMO way better than a ke70.

This model doesn't have leaf spring ;) Yeah I got one, they are pretty cool. Bit of an acquired taste.
-
Clearly you havent done a search because I am 100% sure it would come up with Jordo who is a member here who makes them.

I had my SR20DET KE55 done 12 Months ago in QLD. However, I was under the old rules. This is just from what I have heard but the NCOP brings QLD into line with many of the other states. I am guessing a lot of people would have been rushing to get in under the old laws. From what I hear it can be VERY difficult and costly to engineer cars in some other states vs here. Guessing it will be a bit of a mess as far as information goes until people have worked it all out..

Shouldn't have any problems with a ca18det and deff not a 4age in a ke30.
-
Saw a 2 door KE30 faded beige colour with a 4age at a servo in underwood (?) Sunday afternoon.

Yeah AE86's go for crazy prices, you really have to love them to buy one. They are pretty popular in Ireland I have heard?

Yeah selling stuff is the worst. Trying to sell something on gumtree ATM. One guy has asked a heap of questions, of which all the answers/info is readily available online and then offered me half my asking price. Another guy was meant to come yesterday at lunch, texted him about 2pm to ask if he was still coming he texts me at like 7pm that night saying nah but I will be there tomorrow. Yeah sure, what if I am not available? Told him I would be home at 2pm, still hasn't showed...

Just saw an alight looking ke70 (it was dark though..) at the KFC/Nandos/Subway complex on old cleveland road. Beige coloured, fender mirrors, rising sun decal on fuel cap and some nice wheels that I haven't seen on many ke70s.

Engine Swap Of Corona 82 Saloon With A 3A(1.5Ltr) Engine
mark1414 replied to MartoKenya's topic in Engine Conversions
Our Coronas didn't come with a 3a. 22r or 2s only, so unlikely anyone over here will know. -
Nice. Are you and sleepercorty going to have a comp to see who has the fastest CA Rolla :laff:
-
Almost nothing. By the time you fix it and get all the parts to make it a complete car you would have been able to buy a better one with money left over. Would hate to try and buy parts for an ae86 because according to all sellers every stock part is made of gold.
-
I read it correctly, just mistyped. I still don't understand why you would be limited to such small motors and I have never heard of anywhere differentiating between carby and fuel injected before.
-
The thread is pretty old so I wouldn't expect a reply. Any reason why you are set on an rb20? Seems like it is a tight fit.... a member on here Jordan sells mounting kits for sr20 and ca18 into ke70. They are about $350 from memory and will give yourself a good head start.
-
Where do you live where you can only put a 2100cc carb motor or 2500cc fuel injected motor (assuming thats NA too) into a ke70? Sounds very low...
-
People do, just not in ways you would notice. AKA mine with a 1jz and numerous others I know going around with 1g's etc.

Rusty Relics - Post Old And Abandoned Rollas Here
mark1414 replied to Tally's topic in Rollaclub Rides
Roof racks and it sits low. Would fit in well at a hellaflush hardpark. -
For one OP hasn't even listed what state he is in... bit hard to give accurate advice without that.

AFAIK the only 15 inch steel wheels which will be a direct fit are some r31 skyline wheels (Silhouette, I believe?). Also SAAB has some as well but they need to be modified slightly and are very popular with datsun owners. 14 inch wheels you can get off a few different cars - corona, pintara/skyline etc.
