it's a te27. we never got them here in oz but there are a couple here as private imports.

went back to center road yesterday and the 240k was no where to be seen. just wanted to say, not in the toyota row but sitting on the ground in between the nissans and toyotas was a yellow ke55 with some kind of sports steering wheel and boss kit. not sure what else the boss fits. i would have grabbed it but i had no money on me.

unfortunately not and i know i will regret it one day. my ke20 is needing work and there are a few mods i want to do to it so i'm going to take it off the road for a year or so. in the mean time i need a car as a daily and i'm trying to fund that purchase with this. so far i'm looking at flogged ae80's and falcodores. :jamie:

went down to center road today and didn't even go in. got too distracted in the carpark. :) too bad it was completely made of bog, rust and auto. someone had had a go at hot wiring it and made a complete mess. wires everywhere, broken steering column cover, key barrel ripped out. rear wheels held on with sleeved nuts even tho they are designed for tapers.

i'd be more than willing to take the gold car for you if you wanted them both there. :D

haha, as soon as anyone finds out about diamond racing they start thinking about their perfect size wheels. :dance: there is some awesome looking cars with them in the states. eg: pretty sweet huh?

those wheels are 'diamond racing wheels' specials. they are an american based company that will make you steel wheels to any size, offset and stud pattern that you want. they offer this kind of center in 13, 14 and 15. these just look like a custom set that someone has painted white. http://www.diamondracingwheels.com/

who are you getting your adaptor plate from? i've got a 32/32 and i can't find anyone in vic that can supply one.

about the roof liner and the middle pillar, on my ke20 it just sits there as shown in your pics. i'd assume the ke10's had the same design.

haha, i don't think you have anything to worry about matt. this 35 was so rusty i could see the fist sized holes from 100m away.

pics or it didn't happen. also, for got to say i saw a yellow ke70 with a white/off-white front end and brake cookers on the front in a servo on canterbury road at about 7pm today.

hey guys. was out at the wreckers today and both pick pay n go and pick a part kilsyth have ae82s with 4ag's the one at pick pay and go has the 16valve in blue and the one at pick a part has the 16valve in red. iirc. not sure what it means. maybe one is a bigport something. also, in the holding yard at kilsyth there was a nice (from what i saw through the fence from 50m) MX32 cressida in maroon. i'm going to head back on friday and hope it's still there so i can have a better look at it.

wow, sounds like a good combo. i've got some pictures around here somewhere of a ford 289 powered ms55 in a light green. there was also a candy red ms40 wagon pop up on carsales recently with some kind of ford v8 in it. seems to be a popular conversion. :S EDIT: found pics of said green crown.

kp mirrors look good. need to go over the screws in the 'front lip' with a black sharpie IMO. what are you using as blanking plates to fill the holes in the window frames?
