Was a great run, can't wait to do that in the Rolla!! Damn, can't say I'm too shocked about the yellow. Still sucks but, hope you get her back on the road. Was fantastic listening to her going down the zig zags :2thumbs:

Ok the screen rubbers did fit, but the indent for the chrome strip wasn't quite right... so it is usable, but not good enough for my car.

Lol, I've still got the bonnet in my bedroom :2thumbs: As long as all the bits are labled and safely stored you can take you time and do a thorough job of it. You got the 4age yet?

Thanks Corolla nut, you have a PM. Spend the money and get the proper kit from Clarke rubber, Scott's old auto rubber or from Rare Spares. You won't regret it.

:wink: Keep those pics rolling, I'll be keeping an eye on this thread! If that is the original 1K DO NOT SELL IT!!! You won't get much for it, and it will always be worth more if it stays with that car. Just wrap it up and put it away somewhere. It won't take up much room :jamie:

Thanks Rob... I have seen a couple on here that I would rate as better, but I'm pretty happy with the way she's turning out :wink: By the way, I won't be putting any of the red stripes on the car... she really doesn't need them. The chrome strips finish her off perfectly.

Rather pointless question (not having a go at you just trying to help :yes: ), we have a KE10 on here with a big block V8 in it... If you're happy to cut the car to bits, anything can fit. If not, no it wont fit. The car will never be roadworthy and, unless you spend big dollars will be a pig to drive.
