I have toyed with the idea of a AWD for my Corolla II GP Turbo, but decided it was to hard to do with little experiance nor funds; some questions: What type of problems did Mr Smith & the engineers face when constructing the AWD system? Is the FENSPORT Corolla basically a Neil Bates copy with the GT4 running gear? Would FENSPORT consider making kits for Corolla's to get other AWD Corolla's on the road with the same hardware, ie: Stage 1 -3sgte + Brakes 2- AWD ,3 Internal + Turbo upgrades. Is FENSPORT going to branch to Australia.

So true Jamie Looking at were the fire was it looked like a bit of tight place to get too, inbetween dash & turbo on the firewall(no pun intended). Makes you wonder what could he have done different, more fire extinguishers? plowed the car into a lake ... I saw a camry on the M1 burn like that too :D

I can only hope for AWD Turboed Corolla's from the factory :jamie: Maybe some Suby engineers can design some RWD Celica's and Toyota can start making SPORTS cars again. One can only hope

Hi mikeys toy, Try www.wotif.com.au for hotel prices, however when you decide on a decent place to stay make sure you try and find the hotel's offical website and contact them for tarifs etc, you may get it cheaper going directly through the hotel. Also, I sugguest a Inner city appartment so basically you can walk around and don't have to drive (saves you getting lost). Whats the purpose of your honeymoon? is it a recon trip ? sight seeing? business? etc? If its for sight seeing I would recommend: Tangalooma (Morton Island, hand feed wild dolphines, beautiful nature) Noosa Heads (Place to be for hip happening kind of people, also great NP) Malaney (nice wineries, good bush walking, nice hills) Glass House Mountains (You can see these volanic plugs from a far coming from Maleny) Bina Burra (hand feed birds, awesome NP) Gold Coast If your more into getting pissed and going clubbing everynight, best to stay in brisbane cbd, and do little day trips. Love is a funny thing.... hmmm :D My best advice for relationships and to make love work.. never take for granted what you have, never discuss your personal problems with others as they are your problems and show only be worked out by the two of you (saved my relationship many of a time!). Never go to sleep angry with each other.. do small things for each other all the time, and make a special day every month to do something together. Love doesn't have a price tag, I use to believe it did once, I use to tell myself if I had money for flowers I would buy some ... back when I was poor without a job nor gov income.. then I just grew flowers, stole flowers, etc... Love is to be able to think of the same thing at the same time, to be able to sit with your partner and not say a word and don't feel like you have to... Love is to do things for each other from the heart... love is to follow each other even if you don't want to go.. Love is so much more.... but a journey we will all take.. maybe not now or tomorrow but it happens to everyone.

hey Screamin2E, Don't bother with the N/A engine, your best bet would be to search for a used 2ETE from a EP71 starlet, you could even try to get your hands on a 3ETE which is a 1.5ltr SOHC 12v Turbo from the GP Turbo, however these engines are extremely rare to come across.... (I just sold mine hehe). Because you are going from a carby engine to a Injected engine you'll need to upgrade to a decent fuel pump and generally your whole fuel delevery. Your other alternative is to purchase a 4EFTE from a later starlet, now this engine is a 1.3ltr DOHC 4cyl Turbo, but then again you'll need to get harness and ecu and find someone to do your dash wiring too. You will need a brake upgrade, so if you get a half cut, just use the brakes from that, if you have the funds or know how, stick disc brakes on the rear. Also, you may want to stick in the power steering, I believe the EP71/EP82 and EL31 all had power steering (assist). Hope that helps.

Its amazing what you can see when you are given a new set of eyes :P I would imagine this would of have been black technology at one stage, my guess is the technology is from early spy satilite era. I would love to see the 3D verson.
