  1. Dear sweet Jesus i love those wheels. sell them to me lol?? Are you running the standard computer? Great work man.
  2. Bahahaha, i love watching people attack eachother with keyboards. We never stop learning new things, and everyone makes mistakes. Its up to the people you give advice to whether or not to use it sometimes. A cool ride thread still, looking forward to seeing some more progress.
  3. Get her a skyline, just so she would be disapointed every time she drives it haha.
  4. Hey man, finally saw this thing on Bridge st today, looks sweet. I wanted to see your wife light it up lol. Nice work.
  5. Wow, are you able to put pics up? My fiance drove her old AE82 for a week with no oil in the engine lol, then she finally asked me what the little red light was haha.
  6. If its ever for sale, its all yours haha.
  7. Thanks guys, this might be help to some people. Ill have more of a search tomorrow about compatability between the models.
  8. Ok, instrument cluster is a no. Have to re-wire it all, and make it to fit. Not sure of the benefit, but I'm sure ive seen it done before. Ill try to find a pic.
  9. Thanks mate, I'm gonna go and check it now, ive got both of the clusters in the shed. Should i put up pics?
  10. Thanks guys. Trev, have you done the instrument cluster?
  11. Hi guys, does anyone know offhand if any KE70 or AE71 trims, mainly a radio console, and front centre console will fit in an AE86? Also, from what ive read, the instrument cluster, and wiper/indicator stalks from an AE82 will fit into an AE86. Might try it tomorrow. Thanks, Luke.
  12. I personally would be more inclined to turbo. Its been done plenty of times, so there are people that can help you out with any questions. There is also turbo manifolds for the 20v's readily available. Another plus is the range of turbo's to suit the application, and the ease of boost adjustment if required. Wonder if anyone's ever used a centrifugal blower on a 20v?

  15. Not good to hear about your back Rob. We might run into eachother at Centrelink haha.
  16. NOOO... Please don't do it... Please.......
  17. Also "Double D" or Eucalyptus oil works a treat to get the glue leftovers off. Trust me, I'm a doctor :jamie:
  18. Looks like my latest buy, minus all the good parts haha. And mines got more rust. Like the sound of your plans for it too. Looking forward to seeing your progress, it might give me some inspiration.
  19. Looking great matey, keep up the work. Every rotarolla is great. Looking forward to seeing the progress. Best of luck mate.
  20. Selling up. Will put a for sale thread in the morning. Will also put pics up.
  21. Ok. Bought an AE86 a while back, and my 82 is just taking up space in my shed :hmm: . I'm thinking of selling up. If anyone might be interested let me know. Can throw in the bigport (complete in pieces, and great condition), ACL complete gasket kit, loom, 3 gearboxes, spare ignitors and coils, wheels etc. The roll cage is complete, and can put pics up if requested. I'm not looking to make money on it, so if there is any interest, please post on here or PM me. Cheers.
  22. My fastest would have been my '90 626 turbo on stock boost with intake and exhaust work done. Would shit over any P plater in a commodore. Kept up with my mates WRX which made me happy :hmm:
  23. Agreed with old fella. Any decent welding shop will have suitable cast iron welding gear, shouldnt cost you much either. Good luck.
  24. There was a guy a while back that asked the same thing. Ive turbo'd a fwd 4a-c, and ran a nissan n13 injection setup. It was run on carby for a while, but even with the injection setup it turned out to be a bit of a waste of time. More of a novelty really. I ran 5 or 6 psi, and didnt get a big power gain. Not worth wasting your time or money IMO. Good luck.
  25. The fats on the back look PHAT. Good luck with it bud.
