Have a talk to Scott Hoffman (OKE020), maybe send him a PM. Even fish plating the chassis will help, or you could re-cover the old chassis with new 2,3,4mm folded sheet metal, if the chassis is in good order and can be modified. As the other guys have said, a good solid cage also will help! I named our new dog andra :) Bit off topic.....

My alternative answer is, 1st question. Pistons, arias or wiseco if they make them, look around for other manufacturers, and a custom crank will cost an arm, i havnt seen any off the shelf cranks. Stick with the original one, they take alot to break :P 2nd question. You wont need a longer stroke, no point. Best conrods will be forged and shotpeened, may have to be custom made, but have a look around. 3rd, MSD may have a kit that will suit, have a look, and some other brands come with the hall effect sensor etc in the kit that you can adjust to whatever you want it to do. Mate, please. I don't want to be rude, but do a little research. Just reading your first post makes me want to cry, and i don't even work with k series engines much. Google is great, rollaclub is great, there is so much info around, if your gonna spend that sorta money on a rebuild, don't!! Too much custom made, or hard to find and expensive shit, when you could buy, say a na sr20 cut, 4age cut, ca18de/t cut, 3sge/gte, etc etc etc. So much id like to be able to say to you, but my fingers are sore from typing.....

I don't think you will get anything installed and tuned for that sorta money, if you wire it up yourself( if your swithched on) and install it it would cost much less. Tuning can be an expensive trip sometimes too. Depends on the tuner and how long it takes to tune.

Ive heard about this group before, but everything i have heard is all bad. They look dodgey to me too, id be inclined to go with a brand that has a good reputation. Just reading their website doesnt give me a good feeling lol. Just my opinion, id go with a well known and proven computer brand.

Pretty much all you need to know right there. ^^ Its a bigport 4age, and you will have to use the 4age loom and computer to run the engine. Its not as easy a swap as some people think, there is alot of work in it. If you search google you will soon find the wiring diagram and ECU pinouts. Take into account you will need to convert the 4age to a RWD configuration, fack around with the wiring, engine/gearbox mounts, fuel pump and lines, run a thermo fan or source a RWD 4age fan and all the other fun stuff. I recommend doing alot of research, and weighing up the pros and cons. Best of luck.

I reckon the front looks pharkin nice as is, looking forward to watching this one!! Just yesterday i saw a VX SS with a single turbo hammer down the street. Just the sound makes you cream, dear god it was nice. My new equation is..... V8+Big turbo= Happy in pants. Still, these sixes can still make some respectable power. Best of luck mate!

With plastic bumpers you will need a plastic primer. If you go to a good paint store and give them the paint code they should be able to mix up the same colour, but might look out of place a bit if your other paint is a bit faded. Not easy to get it looking like the original one. Oh, and before you paint, make sure there is no paint/crap on the bumper at all! Cheers.

GRRR!!! I need to move to South Australia! Id kill for a Panel van or an older wagon, they are beautiful cars. One of my favourite cars was actually a 120Y wagon we called the Milkbottle haha. Great score mate, enjoy it.
