  1. Started to add it to the FAQ.. http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...s/Cooling_Guide
  2. K50 will not bolt up to a 4AGE..
  3. You will need a donar AE71 for the Hydraulic clutch and pedal box setup, Gearbox Crossmember etc etc etc..
  4. Yep, Those are genuine TRD uprite engine mounts, You will need to get a rubber mount to suit the ones you make up..
  5. They go on with rubber mounts too, those ones mount to the block and the rubber mount goes between them and the crossmember..
  6. Here are some pictures of the solid engine mounts
  7. It is an excellent idea to get more clearance between the motor and the strut tower, I know my motor with twincarbs leaves bugger all room to get in even with the baby filters I have now.. In your case where you want to fit a turbo it will give you plenty more room to play with to set it up. It would be interesting to see on a stock motor how much of a power increase it may actually give..
  8. 4K or 5K upgrade depending on your budget..
  9. I only know of 2 genuine upright kits and they are both from NZ. Other setups I have seen are peoples own fabrications..
  10. Cool, so that is obviously a custom made crossmember in the pic..
  11. I'm a MK1 man myself, Might do another project one day with one. They can handle pretty good when you set them up..
  12. Assuming this is behind a K motor? Convert it from cable to hydraulic clutch (Need bits from an AE71) and you will also need the K-T bellhousing (Pretty rare to find).
  13. just imagine looking at the image from the other side.. once you turn the motor upright the gearbox mount will then be 30 degrees out, hence the 30 degree triangle in the middle..
  14. I have never done this to my car before, I'm just telling you how I have seen it done to another car before. I think you will find it is easier to do the gearbox mount last. Undo the 2 inner bolts that hold the rubber mount to the gearbox crossmember, The get the motor upright where you want it, Then go back to setting the gearbox mount.. Don't quote me on this, But I think this is an actual K upright gearbox mount, Maybe Chris or Tony can confirm it..
  15. Pretty sure there are 2 bolts mount both rubber mount to crossmember and I think 4 mount the rubber mount to the gearbox up top..
  16. It can all be custom made, The gearbox mount can be made with a triangular piece of mild steel. (Thats the way I've seen it done before).. use the original rubber mount still.. Excuse the rough mspaint skills..
  17. I might throw it in the WIKI/FAQ when I get another spare moment..
  18. Who said you would get to anyway? :POSTPICS!:
  19. Did you add this to the WIKI/FAQ yet? Good work, This is an excellent article..
  20. They should just kill him and put him out of his own misery, waste of oxygen...
  21. I'll polish your nipples with a wire wheel, take them out in the sun and take 100 mega pixel pictures and upload them for everyone to see.. While you are up here next weekend to come on the test drive bitch!
  22. Queens Birthday, June 9th I think..
  23. This thing is alive after a bit of tinkering
