get someone to key the motor over while you tap the starter near where the brush holder is housed, if it starts to crank while doing this good chance your brushes are sticking or low.. Don't hit near the permanent magnets or the solenoid or you can further damage the starter..

This frees the brushes, has nothing to do with freeing a solenoid..

I was spinning the tyres so badly and it still caught up.. That was my fix, I thought it may have been needle and seat sticking..

Some photos of the progress of one of the SSR Mesh rims, Sanded off the clear coat with 320 grit sandpaper, Then 1200 grit sandpaper, Then Autosol and a buff they came up a treat... Also sandblasted the center of one wheel and etch primed it so teddy can get that painted during the week..

Unless you are in a situation where the motor is turbocharged or you are working the motor hard in the event of racing, I'm pretty sure that it is a waste of time (Someone else feel free to correct me if I am wrong). You don't want your oil too cold or too hot.. -

1st stage for me is a 6 week course, got one more week to go and then I'm back to work... They break our auto electrical course up into 3 stages I think, 12 modules to each stage..

Like this picture shows.. For what it is worth, You would be better off getting a standard cam reground to spec as we have better technology these days when it comes to cam profiling..
