Should only really need to tap a few things on the ECU harness into the main harness to get it going, 12v battery, 12v ignition switched, crank signal, earth etc.. Alternator wiring... if you are lucky it may already have the circuit open relay for the fuel pump on the harness...

I can tell you now it needs to be a registered car, Skidpan/Hillclimb are 2 different things..

You will notice the 4K-C has all the emissions crap on it, Whereas the 4K doesn't..

It is owned by the government.. For those who have never been before, The Mt. Cotton skidpan is a basically figure 8, You will mostly use second gear around it.. Plenty of room to get your car sideways, If you stack it into something there then you are a complete tool..

Adjust it at the cable clutch bell on the firewall, You will see when you look closely it has a circlip holding it out. Pop the circlip off and pull the clutch cable out as far as it will let you, Then pop the circlip back on. Clutch for a 4K is pretty cheap, like $90 for a kit, Save your sanity and do a weekend swap if that is the problem..
