    I run a fuse box in my KE70 instead of the fusible link, I have 3 x 40A blade fuses running the show. Only ever seem to blow them if I try and jump start a car sometimes..

    Probably best to get on the phone and ring around to find the best price, I always get stuff through my local auto spares guy..

    If you are swapping the dashes you will most likely need a few wiring diagrams so you know what does what.. I'm not aware if they are the same dimensions or share the same plugs as I've never had a play with them.. Why wouldn't you just find an AE82 aircon setup instead of trying to get AE92 stuff to fit?

    got any pictures? never really looked under the dash in an ae82 before, only know about the auto gearbox inhibitor switch ones because we had one come in to work with a burnt out engine bay harness I had to replace..

    Are you running a Circuit opening relay to control the fuel pump? http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...ng_Relay_Wiring Not 100% sure about the pump size, Best check up on it though because you won't want to lean your engine out and make it go bang..

    Bolted the starter motor on tonight, Also scored an AE86 JDM washer bottle off Anthony Kellam for it.

    It had a quick shot of flat black already over the top to hide the original blue colour..

    Half the reason for that is Matt's athsma and the 20 year old foam that turns to dust and blows out the vents.. It is going to be his daily so he wanted it to be pretty quiet inside.. In other news will have his starter motor done at work tomorrow to bring home..

    While I was busy doing some wiring work on the front on Saturday, Matt was busy getting his sound deadening and some of the dash back in. I have been stripping out any unnecessary wiring from the front harness and extended the tacho pulse wire / ignition coil power wire to the other side. Also managed to figure out the wiring for the twin headlights (Will finish wiring them up during the week). Then thanks to Matt being able to borrow a good Toyota wiring manual, Figured out how to wire up the original relay box for the thermo fan. (Spot already exists to house the relay).. Should be able to throw it back in pretty soon, Then it is back to tidying up the dash harness... Matt got the sound deadening back on the firewall and got his heater box and air con box back in..
