Not only do they play blaring music, the cops get called, they shut the f**k up until the cops go then they start again and THEN they wait out the front to watch for the cops! Being a 4A-C, 91 should be fine unless the motor is worked. Just adjust the engine timing to compensate for the lower octane rating so it doesn't ping its head off.
