  1. Well they look freakin' similar :jamie:
  2. Nice modgies dude! They're worth a fair bit too. A decent polish and they'd be sweet as. :jamie:
  3. Hey there pinpinade. Nice cars you have there. The easiest way to change the stud pattern on the rear of your KE20 is to get KE30 axles and have both axles shortened by 5mm. Use the KE30 drum brake backing plates and brakes as well. You will need the Jap diff centre axles (same style as what your KE20 has). In the FAQ at the top of the page, there is some useful information on how to convert your front brakes to KE30/55 as well.
  4. Cheaper for the time being this way :jamie:
  5. Very interesting. Lets hope the chain tensioner does its job. Maybe you could even fabricate up a chain guide to keep it all in place as well :jamie:
  6. They're the Ebay pics. Will have better ones when I get some time
  7. Just a quick update for all you people. So you all know that I have my twin SU's up for sale including manifold. The reason being is that I have picked up some twin DHLA40 Dellorto carbs for a bargain price and would much rather use those as I can then transfer them to a carby-converted 4AGE at a later date without having to go buy another pair of carbs again. So effectively killing two birds with one stone. Pics up later :jamie:
  8. The wont release that till March unfortunately. Obviously will post in here when I know what movies are on :jamie:
  9. I was messing about dude :jamie: don't take anything I say seriously, but maybe you should change the topic title and edit your first post to do that because it does come across to a lot of us here that if you put anything to do with racing in your topic, that that automatically means performance. Maybe you should change it to "The Pimp-Spec KE70". Raven
  10. *hears the chains being unshackled* muahaha!
  11. If the chain doesn't work, how viable would a ribbed belt system be in place of a chain?
  12. They still have the old-skool speaker boxes that you hang on the window Clint :jamie:
  13. Ok, date change. Make it the following weekend. Didn't realise the Clipsal 500 was on peoples :jamie: Maybe thats cos I don't live for bogan V8's
  14. I meant if you measure from the bottom of your headlight to the ground, 600mm is the lowest you can go legally. Measure it up, see what its sitting at :jamie:
  15. *UPDATE/NEWS FLASH* Cruise directions are typed up. I'll get my printer sorted and scan the map in so people know where we are going. The cruise goes for around 1.5 hours. FUEL UP BEFORE HAND PLEASE. I'm setting the date for the 3rd March. This gives people a couple of weeks to organise themselves. They wont release next months movies until the end of the month... BUT The prices are as follows: $16 per car for one movie $25 per car for two movies $30 per car for three movies that they're going to be running. Now, to reduce the cost we can leave some cars parked outside and load up other cars with passengers OR have two people per car. The triple feature is obviously the most value for money, so if you bring a passenger, $15 each is a pretty good deal I reckon. Thoughts people? Of course, you don't have to stay for a triple feature and you can just go to the double feature is you don't want to spend an extra $2.50 to see another movie.
  16. Run down to your local cop shop and ask to see their book of specifications. From memory there was no eyebrow height as a 20/25 isnt listed, but you would have to have the car sitting 600mm from the bottom of your headlight ot the ground.
  17. Ok, for a start, having the fan on for the whole time is gonna use a lot of power. So my suggestion is - why not use a thermo switch so you can adjust at what temperature the fan comes on? You'll also need to use a relay as well. Its the most sensible way to wire up a thermo fan.
  18. Raven replied to Teddy's topic in Tech Articles
    EPC = Electronic Parts Catalogue
  19. Haven't sussed out the movies yet. Date will be posted in the next day or so. ;) Patience Lesley
  20. Or better still, don't write in a whole block of text dude!
  21. Mmm, love the paint job! Sif you keep the brakes a secret though! ;)
  22. The cruise route was planned today by myself and CD_Rollaman. In the next few days I will be typing up directions/creating maps so people will know where we are going. Once again, thanks for being patient. The date and time will be set once the cruise maps are sorted. Raven
  23. Thats gay. ;)
