I had to cut my mudflaps in half on my XF Falcon wagon... coz it was dumped on its guts. Speedhumps were trouble too!! Hmmm... It was maybe a little too low. Tint and lowering, Katey it'll look awesome!!

Its funny... I did the same with a complete-but-in-bits KE15 Sprinter!! Red with gold stripes... Someone found out I had it (dunno how), and drove all the way from Hobart to Devonport with a trailer to buy it for $200 sight unseen!! :lolcry: shoulda kept it....

There is no TRD anywhere near 'that' car... Its 100% TTE (Toyota Team Europe)!! The Group-B Celica Twin-cam Turbo. And David's 70 is gonna look fly once its done!! I've been keeping an eye on its progression, and I can't wait... He needs to make fibre-glass moulds of the guards to sell them to other people tho!!

They are mostly Nike Air Jordan freaks. Like every forum, there are some very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, great guys and girls on there... But there are also a lot of f@$khead, wastes of bandwidth!! :lolcry: Corollas, BMWs, sneakers and DJing... Thats me.

Friends of my parents often travel to the USA for holidays, and have met some really, really awesome people there!! Some of the Americans they have met have come to Tassie to stay, and I've had awesome, enlightening conversations about cars, music, politics with these people!! I imagine you'd be in this bracket of "nice, regular, friendly Americans" Mikey!! The way I see it is that America wonders why the whole world seems to be laughing at them. New breed of marketing guru seems to believe that space-aged sounding names (oh yeah, coz Yaris sounds well space-aged...) will sell more cars!! Nissan scrapped Pulsar for Tiida Toyota scrapped Corolla for Auris Ford uk scrapped the legendary Escort name for Focus (or as we call it, Ford f@$k-arse) Whats wrong with these people!! I'd stick with tradition if it was my decision... And whilst on that subject. Whats with the local release ZZ Corollas (ie current shape), getting a luxury pack and being called Levins!! Whoever decided that would be a good idea needs to be slapped!! If anything, the "Sportivo" Corollas should have been called Levins. Levin Corollas were the 'top-of-the-heap' performance version in Japan... Not some poofed-up hairdresser's car with extra-cushy seats, crappy alloy wheels and colour coded bumpers!!! 'Levin' should= Pumped guards, forced induction, factory extractors/sports system, wider wheels, bigger brakes... Hot hatch!!

Covered this once before but... The Corolla Sportivo (the one like the Bates group NP car. The one that was released with a ZZ engine and 6speed), had the marketing slogan "Corolla by name, not by nature..." Hence, flowery name, but not that flowery!!
