  1. Guard indicators - Early ke10 ones are smaller profile, Later are bigger Front stone tray lights - Early are smaller and clear, Later are bigger and orange Guard badges - Some later ke10's/11's had Corolla 1200 badges Dash - Early ke10's had an entirely different dash compared to the later model Interior Door handles - Early had a twist door handle similar to a window winder, later model had just a conventional pull leaver C pillar - Later model had plastic vents on the rear pillar behind the rear quarter window Tailights - Early and later tailights are different, early are slightly smaller with the reflector being in the centre and oval, Later model had the reflector next to the reverse light and is square Mind you, The early ke10 carried on into 1968 but with the later model dash, So they're still ke10's. Then came ke10-b which has all the later model fixtures but still with the 1100cc 1k-c motor Then ke11 came out, with has all of those late model parts and a 1200cc 3k-c engine Judging by your vin i reckon it'd be an early 1968 still with the original ke10 features etc just the next year. As it's supposed to be 1967's are up to about ke10-250000 and then after that is the next year
  2. They're alright but don't work with stretched tires. I 99.9% doubt you'll find whitewall tires off the shelf in 12", You'd have to get yours painted on which would be more than those re-usable inserts
  3. White wall tires? Or inserts.. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Atlas-12-White-Wall-Tyre-Insert-trim-Set-Wordwide-Free-Shipping-/320974296012?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4abb8f13cc
  4. From the VIN seems to me like a '68. Can you get some pictures up? Easiest way to determine
  5. Triumph of The Will isn't as good, but it's not bad, Just waiting to see if they bring back another a season of it! Spenny has a show out as well called Single White Spenny or something, Haven't seen it and not sure i want to haha
  6. Don't know if any of you have seen this TV show but i reckon it's probably the best i've seen. Hahaha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZEWstf19kY
  7. I've got the same idea :P
  8. I see what you did there. ;)
  9. "it's a 351 it can't go slowly" Didn't know anchors could go fast?

Yep yep he was talking to me about that one yesterday Yeah gilmers are purely for noise imo, and for $400.. :S
  11. 4k-u is hydro though isn't it?
  12. Cheers, it's pretty dunga though. So much so that yesterday we made the decision to sand it back and respray it when the weathers right. It's been resprayed before, and it doesn't look like it's been prepped properly, the old guy kept it in a carport and i think now i have it parked outside the weathers just having it's way with it. So i'll be replacing the bonnet, boot and stone tray with ones i'll hopefully be getting this weekend and start tidying it up a bit. It'll just be a quick 2 coats or something in white to tidy it after some work. But i do have plans to respray this another colour sometime in the near-ish future. Yeah the bike carbs should be fun, but they won't be going on until i rebuild that 5k-c (the orange one) and put it in. When the manual conversion takes place in couple of weeks the 4k-u will go back in with extractors, 32/36 i have laying around and possibly a mild cam
  13. Good write up. But on this.. The way i read it kinda gave me the impression 2T will just bolt straight it, which it wont. So for anyone who wants to do a 2T or 3T engine swap, you'll need mounts (Ta22 from memory) T50 gearbox from a ta22/ t18 and crossmember, hydraulic pedalbox from ae71 and a tailshaft to suit.

I think i know, were talking about cars today haha. Yeah he deleted that photo straight away, got pretty butthurt about it hahaha Those corona's are nice! Was looking at one myself once upon a time.. How far away are you from getting the new K motor in this?
  15. 4ac boat anchor haha. Get that 4age in mannnnnnnn. Also was that you i saw at Eastlands Yesty? wasn't really paying attention to anything but thought it was you
  16. I will agree on you there. If they were good wheels then i'd just get them taken off in store
  17. ^ It's not that hard My old man made a thing to do it years back which makes it kinda easy though
  18. Let all the air out and you can get them off with a shovel and some flat bar + hammer
  19. Aren't they all? #InB4 Willis Butthurt
  20. ^ Not a mirror from the looks of it, Just a sun shade type deal to keep the sun out of your eyes? That's cool! Is that a ke10 option?
  21. Bloke i know was saying he used a 4wd spring of some description on his ke70, cut the 1 spring into 4 and did the whole car, Mega face palmed..
  22. You should be right i reckon. It comes with mounts but i'll make my own to sit it where i want it. I'm going to ran a black banner along the top of the windscreen anyway as the sun here is fcking annoying in the afternoon and the sun shades don't do much as just gets you in the eyes round the corners. Plus the moor i move the visors the looser they'll get and everytime i hit a bump they'll fall down
  23. The way i did my rails you sit very low in mine so i'll have no issue's
  24. I like them a lot, Haven't seen many people running them, especially in Corolla circles so should be good. Changed my handbrake cable yesterday, as this is the one that came out of it :S
  25. Aren't you selling the ke25 at the moment? Or do you have another one?
