Thats a very good rule to address BUT (Here we go :) ) what if the time recorded was done at somewhere like the main straight at qld raceway or another track and they havnt been bothered to go to the drags to test it.

 

Its a blanket rule. If you're using a G-Tech chances are you're doing it on the street. Its also about effort. If they can't be bothered to go to the track when everyone else has why should Des bother adding them? And why would you take so much effort to get on a race track that you're not usually allowed to stop on just to G-Tech your car? :y:

I did a 14.38 @ 95Mph (1.00 reaction, 2.16 60ft) in my ZE KE70 panelvan, running 16psi, but with a damaged big port head that was limited to 6000rpm. I was getting like 30 or 40km/h out of first.

ke30 ca18det, i ran 14.127 at 100 mph with a 2.3 sec 60 foot(only raced on 185 14's and 9 psi boost). might be racing again this weekend hoping for about a 13.6 on 14psi. might even run my slicks instead of cheese cutters.

Ran a best of [email protected]! I'm pretty bloody happy with that! Should get into the 15s as my reaction time was a crap 1.040... bugger!

Still, not bad for a NA wrong wheel drive rolla!

Reaction don't matter, What was your 60ft like.

Pretty slow, 2.552secs. But on the other hand its not going to get much better than that! I was running against RTHY who ran a [email protected] with a badly slipping clutch, he rad a 2.515 60ft time.

 

Still, I should be able to dip into the 15's, my next fastest run was a 16.48 but heat soak killed the rest of my runs, they were all around the 16.6 mark.

me and the nobbler are still running original engines! :P

Still corolla powered though so it doesnt come under the crossbreed section, Maybe a revision of the catergories is needed ?

think so. like a release engine and later model engine......but then were does a ke10 with a 5k fit in?? know what I mean, that ke10 is in the same section as your car!
