How's the tramp with those springs? getting worse? or no traction at all? :lolcry:

Not to bad, its only tramps when its spinning the wheels slightly. So its either mass wheel spin or nice take off, anything in between and it tramps.

Might look into some caltracs but for now i know how to drive around it so it doesnt tramp

Nice

Who did your cage for you?

And you're right the venetian hides it oh so well :blinks:

Cage was bought off a fellow RC member, i am extremely happy with how it fits. Nice and snug with the b pillar and the venetians hides it pretty well from the back. So its staying in the car

pretty amazing stuff... such a boring yet exciting car!

haha thanks, i absolutely love the 'sleeper' look. This car is easily the difinition of "Go Before Show"

how mean does the gate sound?

Its a 60mm RACEONLY gate with a short 2inch screamer, cars sounds very deep and 'throaty' when it opens. Ill see if i can get some footage to post up

Nice work mate.

What sort of BIG brakes you looking at? S4/5 4 pots or even bigger?

Oh and it sort of looks like a matt black pressure pack exploded in your engine bay!! :blinks:

not sure yet, depends on what strut i end up using. But I'm thinking either FC or GTR brakes

yeh everything gets a nice coat of black before going into the engine bay lol

Apparently FC and the sumitomo Skyline calipers are basically the same thing with different manifacturer branding on them. So they're pretty well equivalent.

If you're thinking GTR brembos then maybe have a look on trademe at some Evo brembos. They go soooo much cheaper there (because they have so many inports) than what they would on say ebay.....

Even with the high cost that postage you would incur surely you'd still be in front over buying some locally.

Ryan, ill raise my glass to your efforts champ

youve built a true sleeper, its even more low key than an actual 'sleeper'

and it has a cage and bucket, plus a freekin rotary with a snail attached!!!

i can vouch for the ebay lenses, ive had them on my wags for a year now, still look fresh, holding there colour well.

they fit perfect, just need to make your own connectors for the original plugs.

i think some vids are in order sir.

cheers, scott
