Medicine_Man Posted June 3, 2007 Report Posted June 3, 2007 New Hella lights went in on Saturday, Some slight modification needed to fit the inners. Accelerator cable is now back in place. Front wiring harness went in as well, also started cleaning up the air blower assembley. Quote

Teddy Posted July 29, 2007 Author Report Posted July 29, 2007 Due for an update, ey ? :D 1) Heaterbox - Stripped out, cleaned, washed, etc. No more dust - Removed and cleaned all old seals, foam, sealant. - Removed all clips, cleaned, Sanded & Painted *scratches head - what colour would look different - Gold Chrome ! ! * - Removed heater flaps, Wire wheel'd, Grinded, Down back to metal. Sprayed Chrome Gold - Cut new Flap foam, Glued on. Put new foam rubber seals on where applicable. - Re-Assembled box, Re-Aligned heater flaps. Adjusted - Blew out, Cleaned out core. No leaks found. Re-Assembled into box. - Box now re-co'd ! 2) Found original un-broken / sundamaged fire-wall matting. - Tested on car, still OK - Removed, Striped rubber from foam. Re-Glued with new contact adhesive. Left to dry. Installing Next weekend 3) - Alarm & Central locking kit :y: - See Pics. Justin had wiring harness striped out, testing all wires. Few electrical.. ugh.. problems. Ill let him do the talking haha. Quote
