lol... La Grange- ZZ Top is a great driving song... Take a long line- The Angels which is quite bassy for a rock song... Most of the older SOAD songs... ATM i've been listening to some faster dancey remixy songs which are often quite good... There are many others but thats what comes to mind my 2cents

i named my KE70 with the first name that popped into my head when i saw it... i named it Albert... granted i was 15 at the time but even now i can't see it being anything else... i suggest that form of naming something, its spontaneous and often sticks...

yeah i had the same problem... from memory we just slowly pulled it out cos the oil stopped it from sliding out :) sounds pretty contradictory but yeah we just slowly pulled until it came out... oh and don't worry about destroying the shock when taking it out cos its gonna be thrown out anyways... haha sorry I'm not much help...

you'll get use to the colour, its like anything that changes at the start its funny then it grows on you. It is a bit different and looks alright from your pic. my 2 cents

Hey All, I have a KE70 which i have put a 4AC in from an AE71 (changed to hydrolic clutch etc). The engine is getting rather leaky and smokey and i figured it was time for a transplant. I aquired an AE82 for a parts car and realised it has a 4AC in it so we have decided to use it. We have cleaned the ae82 4ac up and pulled off the fwd engine mounts etc and placed the engine next to my car to compare the engines. We have noticed the carby is different (or has a few variations with hoses etc) and we unsure if the newer one is better? the water pump has slight variation with piping as does the thermostat housing. We figure can just exchange most things over without much of a problem?? There is also difference in the vacuum hose things on top of the engine which we don't know what to do about and also the ae82 4ac has a electric dizzy and mine doesnt, is there simply a couple of power wires that hook up to it?? My question is are there many variations between the two and if so what are they?? And has anyone else faced this problem/ attempted this change. Thanks Heaps Samm

Thanks for your help guys, went to a few exhaust places and i don't quite have the $$ to change anything atm. It would be nice but as a daily its not necessary.
