    Alof of conversions do use the Commodore box member, and lug between the chassis rails bearing in mind its the right widths, what most people don't realise is that the same member is also a template for alot conversions, so is right to some degree, An XY crossmember will support most gearboxes

    The 4.3 is the common ratio that i have seen around the traps, over 400m given your setup, would be ideal, you can get off the line rather snappy and with MT's on board, You should be able to squeeze some more boost out of the turbo safely also You are going to have to get out to some test and tunes

    Bro there are alot of positives to think of, don't focus on the negative (not that i know the situation) Chin up WGMG - Not being able to drive the rolla cause of the rain, Which is prolly a safer thing tho, But have to mow the lawn when the sun comes out, dang it

    I have not come across any tramp in mine to date, but know that the pinion has been hitting the floor pan, i would be inclined is between gear changes, So yeah caltracs would be a good start

    Perhaps it was the engine that toyota supplied and available to most early Corollas If they made an alloy twin cam motor with a turbo and supercharger on the side that can easily be dropped in and registered we would be up to par Corollas are up to speed on the handling side, just the reliability of some of the toyo engines, which by all means can make heaps of power

    Those remote oil filters are a pain to service if they sit upright, perhaps look to turn it upside down and use 270 degree fittings?
