Your council must be a bit different, Just the other day dad had a customer that got a phone call from the police and said he needs to move his car or it will be taken away so he rang dad and asked him to grab it as he did not want the car anymore, Dad went down and got the keys so he could get it and when he arrived the car was gone, This all happened within a matter of hours and a distance of only 2k's (Dads house, Keys, Car)

I might just add something without all the bullshit, I'm into all forms of motorsport but one thing I have noticed is that some drifters can take some turn's sideways alot quicker than some circuit racers can straight, That has to be skill.
