I am trying to get some clear covers made up (on hold till i get my licence back) but if that was gonna be to hard i was just going to cut mine the way yours is and get some perspex put in, A few people have done it and it looks great.

All i know is that there was a x-over beam put in between the tubs and they bolted to that, I never got a chance to look at the full suspension setup.

Thats the best way to do it, My brother did a twin centre mounted coilover setup in his torana when he got the mini tubs, Id get you a pic but i don't have the car here anymore.

I wouldnt underestimate the 253, Only slow cause of the cars they were in, My brothers modified but unopened one in his old LX hatchback beat his mates 350 chev UC sedan and the fact that they are a 'destroked 308' they rev harder, My 2c.

I was lookin as you were leavin but i couldn't see it. I used the KE70 top hats, I will get the AE86 spring retainers another day, I just wanted to get it rolling again.
