Got an email today saying that shipment from Japan to Oz will be another $276 (air) so I have asked them to send it via sea which will take approx 6 weeks and then how ever long it takes from Victoria to me.

Yeah I want to be able to have a nice comfy car for the whole family for cruises etc but I want it to be mine. I put up the wanted ad as I had tried yahoo Japan etc (search items can be hard though) and carbonboy said about importmonster so I typed it into there and one came up, it ended up costing me $1148 once postage and fees were added which I think is quite good. I just hope it gets here soon and I can sort out a top water outlet to suit the blower since you end up with this much room:

I haven't actually changed an E7 ball joint but every other was press out and in in the hydraulic press. All I remember from doing my struts was undoing the 2 lower strut bolts, removing the ball joint nut and then the tie rod end nut and changing the arms over and then the struts.

Oh sorry man, I didn't realise you were actually changing the ball joints aswell, they will be a press in.

Buy a good hammer, only time I have ever had to use a pitman arm puller was to, well, remove a pitman arm. Give the steering arm a whack on the edge around the joint (with the nut loosened off) and it should pop out.
