Yes it will work, you will also need the smallport CAS and install the map sensor on it.

It is probably a smallport GZE and he would prefer a bigport.

Depends how you are going to setup the GZE when it is turbo and are you going bigport to bigport?

I have got a spare set of rods.

I stripped the GZE down today and found that number 1 piston has a rather bad detonation or hit mark right on the edge of the crown, not sure if I wanna use them at the moment so I am going to look at removing the damage with a file and see how it comes up otherwise I will get a P & A on a new set of Toyota 8:1 c/r pistons in STD and OS as I am not sure how the bores will look after a hone.

I don't hate all of the above, I don't mind when someone gets a tired E7 and returns it back to it's former glory but better, I just hate it when an original is hacked as it leaves fewer nice ones around.

I am going to look at cutting my front end about 2cm from the bottom and putting a strip between the 2 sections to make it lower to get rid of this bunnings garden lip.

I read it as him measuring from the inside to the inside and not centre to centre which is why I said overall.

They calculate track width as overall width on that axle, diff and wheels etc.

You have to really look at what you wanna build before you go doing it, there is no point in building a tough N/A engine now if you think you will put a turbo on it later on as the C/R will be wrong. 7a Block, crank and rods (upgrade to aftermarket if you will). 4age pistons and head You can't go wrong.

The blower has been received at the Japan warehouse so it won't be long until it is in Oz. The post I did the other day about it leaving Japan actually turned out to be it being shipped from the seller to the warehouse, email I got just stated freight charges so I thought it was on it's way to me.
