Generally water/methanol injection (about a 50:50 mix) is more of a poor man reasoning for not being able to run an intercooler on a force fed motor. To reduce the intake temperature charge down to a better level which helps with the engine knock from having too high a intake temp blah blah blah. On that note it can be fitted to an atmo engine but its a really pointless waste of time, money and effort Have a hunt around for "dynamic compression ratio" and "static compression ratio". You'll find altering the fuel charge and/or the cam timing will help with the pinging. Unless you have the 98 octane fuel available from either the fuel pump or your pocket.

Good stuff :) Make sure you get a few Tack rags before you start painting. They'll pick up any lint, dirt and other general crap that can stuff up a paint job

^ ^ Just take the button out of the hand brake, pull the spring out, use a door lock button from an old ford or holden etc (the type that uses a "T" shaped button) or mod up something so that when the handbrake is pulled up the button can be pulled out to hold the brake on (aka - spin turn knob/button) But just like what Taz said - its something that can quite easily be overlooked by either the owner or borrower of the car. And yes KE55PIG, i know you've said "Not for a road car" but its also for the one thinking of it for their road car.... Yeah thats right, you. You there scratching your chin thinking "Hmmm, interesting" Another one is if one of the lines blows out or fluid is lost from the brakes, at least you have a cable handbrake for redundancy

try this one Evan it works :) I'm pretty sure they'll be at least a few on here that knows the ins and outs But from what i know of it is that the brake line to the rear of the car is cut and the handbrake is fitted between the cut. And for a road rego'd car its not well liked....

Phucking stock takes. Having to deal with "direct freight".... Ring them up and talk to some lady, "no sorry i'll put you though to pick ups"... on hold for about 5 minutes (doesn't bother me). Get onto pick ups, "no sorry we don't do country pick ups so i'll put you though to who does"... on hold for 10 minutes. When i had the ae82 seca the restraint anchor points were located on the rear panel more or less under the tail gate, between the tail lights and inline where the rear passengers would sit. If you can't find them where Parrot and i've just said have a look up on the ceiling just in front of the hatch - same thing, three anchor points in-line with the passengers. And if you still can't find them - not every single car came with them as factory. But anywhat, as a note just be a little cautious of putting your little one in the middle cause if your using the capsule style the harness will slip down between the split fold seat.

Found out today that my drop-kick supervisor lost his license for drink driving (should have lost more then just that, but i wont start my rant on that one). Now as far as i know since he's lost his license he's also lost his fork-lift ticket as well. Management knows that he lost it but their still letting him drive the forks

How about 80psi ? Or turbo -> intercooler -> turbo -> intercooler -> motor ? You should start reading up on tractor pulling. Some of those monsters are boosting up and over 140psi by boosting one turbo into another one....

If the car in question is the ae82, you'll find a few plugs down near where the wiper motor lives. One of the plugs has two connections in it, thats for being able to time(ignition) the motor. From memory it cancels all settings like advance etc and just sets it to the base ignition timing. If its not done you wont be able to correctly set the timing. Apart from that i didn't really think the 4age had a diagnostic port. But then again it has been a fair while since i had one... One good idea - grab yourself a few different service/repair manuals on the car in question.
