Thanks... It bloody well better be finished by then :) I just want it to be a working car again!! Went and picked up a spare diff from Rollas22 yesterday, he recently scored a tidy little KE10. Thing has a perfect dash pad and bumpers.... I want them soo bad!

These ones are just wrong size, too big and wrong corners. I'm gunna get my cash back and and go with Scotts. The only reason I when with Clark was because they told me I'd have them in a week... took 3 f#$%*^g weeks!! Because of this I'm gunna miss a Motakana/Show and shine next weekend.

Windscreen rubbers from Clark Rubber are wrong!! :) Got my hinges back from the platers, all ok except one of the bonnet hinges. Terrible dip, should have been picked up by the platers!! ;) Everything going to s@#t... :wink:

Mine had a silvery primer originally (KE10), any red primer on mine was not from the factory. I found 5 or 6 different colours when I stripped my car. Almost all of the removable panels had been replaced at one time or other. :)

So if I got this kind of work done on my 5K could I theoretically get 180-190hp?? :wink: I would be happy to pay up to $5k for that... at a later date when I have money (though the wife would kill me :yes:). The idea of having what looks like the standard motor in my KE10 but with that much power... :(

Nah, I've booked her in for panel an paint final touch-up over the long week.... so that's me out :) Definitely will be up for a cruise early March!

Very funny. WGMG: A long time member on here (has been away most of this year) owes me money... and has been dodging for weeks now. |blink| I don't want to leave them negative feedback for the terrible transaction because then I'll never get my cash back!! This was covered a month or so ago. The Thailand rubbers are cheap for a reason. They don't always fit perfectly and begin to perish after a couple of years. Go with Clarke Rubber or Scotts Auto Rubber. I must add, I'm pissed off with Clarke rubber at the moment. Was quoted 1 week to get my windscreen rubbers when I ordered and paid for them... now its going to be 3 weeks. :)
