you can get all the rubbers and brake items from pretty much any aftermarket parts supplier motor traders,repco ect ect

Interals are a little different but socially the same and the 4AFE has a whopping great distributor hangin out the back of the head, but can be modded as per what the 20v guys do. Hey if you can pick one of these engines up for next to nothing with loom and computer why the hell not and they still have a nice rev range and are very smooth. I was thinking of doing this just for kicks myself.

Haha funny you should mention that. Last years small car sunday in sa, they had a drift demonstration in the same size area and everyone was hard up against those barriers with no water in em. A silvia side swiped 6 barriers in a row, i think it scared the hell out of the mum with a new born and 2 other small kids who was watching with her partner.

what grings my gears is the people who choose to use the southern expressway SA :P instead of south road. i find every morning there is large trucks and gutless cars using the expressway but only doing between 70-80 km/h when its a 100 km/h limit and it seems these vehicle's have no acceleration once they have just come onto what should be a expressway not just a lazy persons reason for holding peak hour traffic up ......rant

Fully agree I'm up for it. we are sorting our camping gear in the next month or so.

Are you going to rebuild the 4K just to refresh it or looking for some more power from the 1.3L. Also budget may have a big factor in the power you want to achive from such a small motor. I could suggest completely refresh the motor and fit a sportier camshaft along with port work and twin side draught carbs. Or drop a 5k in it with the same idea. Hope my opinion helps cheers :fuzz:

only 9V ? have you earthed the engine to the chassis and back to the battery a constant fuel suppy would be better say a 4L lawn mower can with more fuel line. also if your pouring to much fuel down the carby it wont atomise and may have fouled the plugs alll wet with fuel.
