:) I went to it about 4 years ago and it was pretty good, got a few photo's of some highly done up cars and sweet stereo setups, I heard on the radio last week there was going to be some new 2009 jap import there that weekend, I got no idea what sort of car it was. Just thought maybe after 4 years it would be bigger and better than before. Pitty about no corolla's there :) I wouldn't want to own one of those cars cos they are way too modified for me but its still good to take a trip out there just to look at how much work and attention to detail people have gone through for their cars. All the hot babes giving free shit is good too and also getting awesome deals for car accessory's, window tinting, car alarms, speakers or whatever is no bad either.

If we stay at camping grounds, how would we work out pricing and stuff. I mean some camping sites charge anything up to $15-20 per site/per night. Would you choose one that only charges per person and we can stay anywhere in the park or would we book 6 sites that are next to eachother and split the cost between us?

If you like painting houses i know a guy that might try you out, boss lives in Mitcham, supervisor lives in Frankston. If you can travel out to eaither destination's, there might be work for ya. Job could be in west suburbs but not sure, Big difference from driving trucks but hey, its money. Havent talked to him yet so no promises. Cheers, Johno :)

I sanded the rear plastic bumber down tonight so its as smooth as glass. And.....A guy at my work kindly gave me about 3 litres of 2 pac primer/filler so i can start priming some stuff very soon!

Cool as, by the way.. My Control Arms look better than yours.. Lol! Maybe not :y: Good job with the airbrushing, guessing you wont be taking it on dirt roads otherwise your LCA's will look like mine.

Thanks guys, Took a break from doing work on the rolla tonight, I was painting a weatherboard house today in the sun all day so I'm buggered. On the way home i saw this Toyota Camry, I want that colour on my car. Maybe i shouldn't say that because I'll properly change my mind next week, Lol!

Finished prepping the bonnet, Got the last of the rust spots out by using a scotch-brite and multi purpose thinners to remove the last of it. Before... After...

Thanks for all the comments guys, I'm still unsure of what colour to do just yet. I like platinum too but i'm sorta going towards another colour, a metalalic beige off the BA- BF falcon colour range. I really like tiger orange on the VT SS commodore but my mate just bought one so now i can't have that! Its a real in your face hot colour for a corolla. To tell you the truth i'm so over picking colours so i'm going to leave it till i'm ready to paint the final clour coats Ps, i'm high as a kite from Mulit perpose thinners so if i don't mak sense you know why.. lol!

What are coilovers? are they so you can adjust the firmness or something? I'm a noob with this stuff, still learning.. lol Edit, by the way, nice pics, your car will look better when you get the chrome bumper bar put on.

Yeah, security system is running now. Tonights progress pics.. Tried to strip the bonnet by sanding it but didn't get too far before I said stuff it, I'm going paint stripper. This is why I'm stripping it back, all the bonnet has got little spots of rust.
