  8. Hahaha, we got some skid vids of that thing last time it was in vic. Challengers off the wagon are going on it today to get it off defect haha.
  9. Thats my mates car he drove from Adelaide in. Got pulled over for bald tyres in vic and let go without defect, drove back to Adelaide, 5 minutes from his door, got pulled over and defected for bald tyres :lolcry:

  14. Hahaha, fair enough man. Evan is taking his head to crow cams to verify if we need machining or not to fit the 1600 springs.
  15. Defintaly be the easiest way to go about it. Seeing as Pete is going 4AGE, it'd be the easiest and quickest way to do it. Lower steering shaft may need modification?
  16. Crow cams has said Escort 1600 double valve springs will work alright, unsure of the machining needs tho :hmm: You don't do porting do you? I haven't done any but keen to learn :cool:
  17. 113 and .420" of lift sound alright? What sorta/ extent of head work would we be talking?
  18. Deep dish piston/ Shallow dish head has Lugs under #1 and #4 spark plug tubes.
  19. Are they off of both deep and shallow dish 5K's there is a difference between the two, both in head and manifold.
  20. Dished piston 5K's run a 22cc dish in the piston, meaning the chamber in the head is quite small. Not sure what the compression ratio would be on a 3 or 4k but it would be reasonably high
  21. Funny how you ask that, straight after posting 'facts' when refering 4 and 5K ports.
  22. Have you even compared 3/4k std port and 5K ports?
  23. Do you have any specs for a "big blower grind" or able to tell if my specs are decent for a blower? Told the guys at Crow I wanted to make some decent torque from low in the range. Saw your 55 parked at Westlakes a couple weeks ago. Looks great, loved the intercooler peeking thru the grille at me :blush:
