and today (sunday) at UPI lonsdale, willow green ke30 2 door. in the inpound section for marion council. whitewalls, venitian, trim rings. looked to be in ok condition sucha waste. cheers, scott That one has been in there for a wile, i want it. wonder if the auction them off?

I have also found a 5k short moter. As Dad is a mechanic his words were "needs a bit of work but its worth byeing for the price" Now he tels me that it is going to cost me at least $700 to rebuild, as it need to be honed/bored, new pistons, rings, barings...and the list goes on. But as i also wanted to do some cam and head work will be closer to $1000. This anoyes me as i looked into a 7ke import, and I could find one with not too much looking around for $1300, and he said it was a waist of money and didn't want to have to do so much work moding the sump etc. :) (rant) Now that is out of the way, i bought some 13" hubys, so when i run out of tred on my Sigma rims i will get some stockies and white walls and lower it. :argh: Ohh, and have sort of gone halves in a KE30 4 door to put my 3t in :D And thats about it. :P Doug

:argh: :) AHHGHH!!!! :D :argh: I used to have a original overrated dash, i took the dash mat off yesturday and look at what i found :sob: This has opened up in the last 3 or so weeks. As i put some dash protector on about then. This even more annoying as i use a dash mat and a shiney sun visor thingo. Can anyone tell me how to prevent this from opening up any further, and to prevent others from opening? ....I acually looked on the site for more information like a good boy. I found some information on why it cracked... Thanks Raven. :yes: I do wish i knew this before :sob: I will look into dash restoration.....More $$$ :P

Spotted a blue KE30 with jellybeans (i think) parked on the side of panatalinga road :D I guess i must of had something wrong with it. poor rolla.

Put me down as a maybe, is the "special location" any further south than parafield? as it is a decent treck for me. Cheers Doug

Just a thought. We could make it a north to south cruise. the peeps from the north meet at say 11.30 in the north, then cruse to the next location for example, Glenelg meet others at 12.30 then meet at Noarlunga (south) at 1.30. Then we could all cruse to victor together. This would be handy if you were in the north and did not want to cruse all the way to victor. We could make it less complicated i guess. Doug.

CRAZY! :doh: I don't understand how it could be illegal for trucks to use engine brakes, if they use them, its probably for a good reason. Yes they are noisy but the do stop the truck, instead of it plowing into a group of kids, or the back of your car. If I were to see one of these i would get an air horn and stand behind it wile my mate moons the camera. As for the other things like a car horn GET A LIFE YOU TWATS! :( :laff: Just my 2c :lolcry:

There was a average condition KE25 (not %100) at Woodcroft shopping center car park tonight. I have seen it there before, exactly the same part too. I i think i have seen about 5 KE30s today, non destingtive enough to pick from a crowd though. Yet to see another in adelaide the same colour as mine. Doug

I followed that orange Mazda a little when he was going to the reserve, num num num is all i had to say. :yes: I was sailing at west beach all day and was SOOOOO close to this, but i did'nt get a chance to go down till about 5pm and there was no one there :lol: Depending on how my car is and what not, i might even think about entering in a couple of years.

Everything bolts up fine, need to cut a hole. Speedo was fine. By memory the clutch cable seemed to be a bit short (not %100) Might need to change the plugs for the reverse light. Doug

Yea my car is preaty sweet :D Did a hills run Saturday night, with the 3k, wasnt too bad i guess, I turned the amp and sub off so i probly had double the power :) By the end of a long VERY windy bit i had to stop to let my brakes cool down, they smelt glorious :wink:

I am not that amazing with whole ingwish language. but does... mean NO ROOF, SOFT TOP, WIND THROUGH YOUR HAIR!!

As for what what "flat out" said, might try to market that to sex shops for lonely men :wink: Thanks for all the ideas gyes. not too sure what i want to do at the moment: -quick fix 5k, bye and build 7k (and go broke) -leave 3k in untill I kill it (very soon) and do one of other options. -bye an other 5k -bye a 5k with turbo stuff, waist more time and money. -bye a cheap rolla with a 5k, use 5k in this car, put my 3t in cheap rolla SO many options mmmmm :D
