  1. FAQ to the rescue! http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit..._System_Diagram
  2. Because he ignored our constant requests to stop advertising and conducting business here. Also the reason he's banned. You can think of him as a leech, pays nothing but makes money out of us. I'm sure you can understand that when I'm paying large sums of money out of my own pocket to keep the site running and some one else comes along to make money out of it (for nothing) I don't take very kindly to it. We will have a commercial traders section again soon however due to past (repeated) problems he won't be welcome here.
  3. di.fm - Chillout.
  4. Working for me now. Was labeled as "This video has been removed" or whatever this morning.
  5. Aww youtube copyright killjoys have deleted it.
  6. Repost sorry. And I hate to say it, but have a look at the amount of tyre marks on the ground. He's had multiple takes of every single one of those stunts and I doubt VERY much that its one contiguous run. Creative editing. Yes hes good, but there are plenty that are better.
  7. You've got my vote
  8. What kind of oil do you use and when was it last changed?
  9. We've got a compressor at work that will do the job! It flows 200cfm at around 150psi, is the size of a side by side fridge freezer, has its own refrigerated air dryer, has a tank attached to it about 500 litres in volume, draws 30kW of 3 phase power to run and cost over $20k to setup. Good luck hooking that up to your car! On a side note, read up about how nitrous oxide actually works because its got nothing to do with the pressure its under inside the bottle.
  10. lol don't buy a turbo off ebay. You'll end up regretting it. Then again I suppose at least it has (or claims to have) a T25 flange so you'll be able to upgrade to the real deal once you nuke that one.
  11. The ABS master comes with two outlets for front and rear where as the non-ABS master comes with 3 outlets (two for the fronts and one for the rears). The ABS master just saves having to do more re-plumbing.
  12. You could probably get away with one of the bigger GT3071Rs (not the 3071R in the 2871R housings... should be called a 2971R) or a GT3076R. When it comes to turbos they're not that huge, streetable on a 2L motor, but on a 4A-GE I can't see you getting full boost anytime before 5000rpm. Stop quoting psi figures you'll only make yourself look like a goose. Reason? A motor may make 250kw @ 18psi with one turbo and then 250kw @ 12psi with another turbo. It all comes down to flow and how you want the power delivered. I can tell you, as someone with a motor that's quite capable of hitting 250kw without internal work, its *** expensive to do it properly. That's even before you start with rebuilds and having to address a motors weak points which I can assure you of finding in a 4A approaching 250kw.
  13. I'm not sure why you'd bother. There are plenty of other motors with more capacity, already RWD and make buttloads more power. The reason people can convert 4A-GEs easily is because the 4A block comes in RWD in some applications so the block has RWD mounting points even if its in a FWD. And even if you figure out mounts on a 4E then you're going to have to find a rwd bellhousing annnd AFAIK they don't exist. Sure you could make a custom bellhousing but whats the point? While you're dicking around trying to deal with machinists plenty of other people will complete some other conversions and be happily driving around.
  14. http://www.aliveproxy.com/faq/transparent-proxy/ There are pro's and con's as you've found.
  15. Aren't transparent proxys just the most fantastic thing ever!
  16. You forgot to list Cabulture...... oh wait :P
  17. *face palm*
  18. Err yea my bad...
  19. The block is originally a 3K. There is a background story as to why this is but I don't feel like repeating repeating myself myself.
  20. A quick google for "adjusting headlight beams" :)! http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&...headlight+beams
  21. LOL, I had that realisation coming back from the computer store with a corolla full of gear. "This stuff is worth three times the cars value..... :)"
  22. Its not a 3K-R its a 137E. See: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=14602 The most power I've ever heard of was something like 200-250HP at the wheels from a 5K dyno queen. Don't remember many details.
  23. A '94 corolla is completely different to a ~'84 corolla aside from both having the corolla badge. Ones FWD the others RWD, one needs high offsets the other low offsets, one needs 4x100 the other 4x114.3, the list goes on. Completely different kettle of fish, what fits on one almost definitely won't fit on the other.
  24. Every working day in fact! Should have gone out along the Warrego and in through the back roads towards Rosewood, that's where the real action was!
  25. People saying near hit shits me off. Its a near miss! Just because a comedian made a joke about it does not mean that he's correct. Yea, sure its funny, but leave it as a joke. near 1. close; to a point or place not far away: Come near so I won't have to shout. 2. at, within, or to a short distance. 3. close in time: The New Year draws near. 4. close in relation; closely with respect to connection, similarity, intimacy, etc. miss 1. to fail to hit or strike: to miss a target. 2. to fail to encounter, meet, catch, etc.: to miss a train. 3. to fail to take advantage of: to miss a chance. 4. to fail to be present at or for: to miss a day of school. A near miss is in other words a "failure to hit or strike within a short distance" Near hit, what a load of tripe.
