  1. 226 is right then. Its not all its cracked up to be if you're on an active base. 208Sqn was our arch rivals (we were 225Sqn just up the road) and they're based on Amberley. The hassle you have to go through to get on the base each time (usually because someone decided to forget their blue book) and then once you're on base you're restricted to a small area and usually have ADGs carrying on in the accom around the place. Much more freedom off base :jamie:.
  2. Well if hes trying to fit it to a KE35, AE86 infos gonna be pretty fuggin useless.
  3. AirTC (now ugh AAFC), 2000-2002, LCDT but I'd done Corporals course but left shortly after to finish grade 12. Top fun. I was top prof cadet and banner bearer which meant lots of parade drill and lots of early morning marching. Was great fun because I was good mates with all the guys in the banner party. Being escorted by a group of mates with steyrs or drill swords down the main street of town was pretty cool. Standing still at parades and ceremonys was a good challenge. We once had a CUO tell us we were weak etc and we stood at right dress for over an hour until he got the shits that he couldn't break us heh heh. By the time my second year rolled round most of my mates were SGT to CUO so I always ended up getting delegations. Bivouacs were fantastic as were things like survival camp. Sounds like fear of litigation is really hurting cadets. It was just starting to come in when I got out but hadn't become bad yet. We were still doing crazy stuff out in the bush when I left. Like on state of origin night, one camp had a radio but the main camp about 700 meters away didn't. So the guys were letting off cans of whatever food they could find in the fire to let us know when a try was scored. From memory little cans of asparagus were the loudest and flew for miles :jamie:!
  4. Thats f@$ken bullshit. Cadets rocked!! I encourage anyone even remotely thinking about doing one form or another (Army, Navy, Air Force) of cadets to go and do it. I had nothing but fantastic experiences through cadets. And beats the shit out of scouts etc (I've done that too) because the Government funds everything!

  6. The lesson is don't be a dick around other peoples property. I'd love to see you try and report it to the police. "We were hooning around these dirt roads then someone started chasing us off!"
  7. Just ask Xany about how fantastic a 34ADM is on a K...
  8. OK guys help or don't, the sarcastic jokes are becoming a nuisance.
  9. MMM pedestrian shredders.
  10. http://www.aerocatch.com/ Problem solved.
  11. Yep fine Norti norti!!
  12. The problem is that someone has to outlay the money for them to be produced. I did it last time and it was about $300 for one style in various colours. I can't say I'm keen to do it again so I'll refer this one to Teddy. Provided you check the box that says "Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder" when you're composing/sending a PM it will save it to this location: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?a...01&VID=sent
  13. You'll need KE30/55 backing plates and KE55 rotors and probably hubs too. Its been covered before more than a few times.
  14. Gearbox or tailshaft??
  15. Well I only named Teddy caws hes an admin. I'm not into naming and shaming users without any sort of warning.
  16. Yep all good
  17. Either or, both will work. A webber might give you better performance depending on which flavor it is.
  18. The real killer is the difference in the angles of the end plates IMO. I suppose there isn't much you can do about it?
  19. Its OK for me but the 56k users might say otherwise (and there seems to still be quite a few of them around). 70kb @ 6kb/sec is gonna be about 12 seconds on top of a normal page load. Your call.
  20. 90 pixels, yes.
  21. Getting close but OK. Fine.
  22. OK, there seems to be a growing problem with the size of some peoples signatures so I need to remind everybody of the 150 pixel limit. Mainly this has become apparent to me because of my eee pcs small screen with some peoples signatures wrapping and taking up more than an entire screen. I will give people a leway out to 200 pixels before I'll remove your signature and PM you the original contents so you can correct it. Examples of correctly sized signatures: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showuser=103 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showuser=6 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showuser=885 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showuser=87 and so on... Example of incorrectly sized signature: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showuser=82  I'm dobbing! This image is 200 pixels high. As long as your signature is under this size you'll be fine. Alternatively post here and I'll tell you if your signature is too large.
  23. Haha cool. I want a simpsons mat now. I used to have a simpsons bar runner going across my desk but the antec case takes up too much room for it to fit anymore.
  24. Its a shame I didn't get a photo when it was really obscenely messy, I could've won this hands down. I ended up getting a box and just throwing all the paper and everything in there for "sorting" (i.e. whole box goes in the bin) at a later date. I think I want to replace the 17s with 2 or 3 portrait mounted 24s (absolute heaven for coding) and a 24 or larger to replace the gaming machines 22. I have an unhealthy multitasking obsession... p.s. yes my faithful old dell mat (a good 8 years old and no Ive never ever owned a dell POS just a free mouse mat lol) has been relegated to the garbage and replaced with a razer pro mat mmm.
  25. Can't say I have but I'd just block up the heater for the mean time (easy for a QLDer to say) and order a genuine one.
