eze-out would be your best bet. Then fit some new bleed nipples. You MUST bleed every caliper, can't just do the rears and hope that bleeds the fronts because it simply wont work.

lol... Can be bored to 2L....but you end up with rather thin bore walls and you have to throw the block away if you need to bore again for a rebuild

Has your pinion angle been set correctly? I suspect this is the root of your problems if the car hasn't be lowered excessively.

Hows this for proof that speed doesn't kill. Germany, per capita, has a LOWER road toll than Australia. You'd think if what the police are telling us, that every K over is a killer, and the germans are doing speeds 150kmph faster than us then they should all be dead. But its simply not the case. If you saw the damage it does to the track and the amount it costs to fix you'd change your tune. The rubbish they leave on the track is horrible... not to mention the massive trenches they dig around the track with their retarded dirt turbos..... ugh!

Another thing to consider is the speed of the airflow through the ports and valves. Once the air flow goes sonic the flow increase in relation to a given pressure increase goes from exponential to linear. In other words you need more pressure to get the same gain you did before the airflow went sonic. And now because you need more pressure for the same gain you increase the amount of heat generated so you lose even more efficiency with less dense air and so begins the downward spiral.

Expect to pay $1200-1500 for a clutch pack LSD and then the housing, conversion and installation of the LSD center on top of that. Soo....maybe budget around $3k unless you can do the majority of the work yourself.

I highly doubt you could run even 20psi with a J pipe...and even 20psi would be bordering on too much for all but the most serious 5K. p.s. what happened to the skyline?

All of your forward gears should have syncros. If its crunching the syncros probably worn out. For $250 its probably a psuedo LSD. Not nearly as good as a true clutch pack LSD but...better than nothing? maybe?

God that things hot :). I almost wish I had gotten a GT4 as I was originally intending to. Only an ST185 but the weight was the thing that put me off them. Is it noticeable?? Maybe they just look heavy on paper... I imagine the 185 would be horrifically under braked for the track. 205 brake specs look far better!

You'd probably get flamed anywhere. Really need to ask specific questions to get good quality answers and info. What are your goals with the car? What are you going to use it for mostly, i.e. daily driving, weekend warrior?
