  1. Missed jamboree this year, first time in like forever congrats on the win that's not easy but I'm sure more than well deserved. Still cog swapping yourself?
  2. There is something about a wagon that turns me on very sexy, and would be an awesome streeter nice work mate.
  3. Yep needs low like that, top of tyre to bottom of guard as a minimum.
  4. The wiring move is a huge improvement, wow such a difference.
  5. Yeah I'd think I'd should gain alot as the head is a JHH engineering street port head so will love a set of sticks to use the better flowing head. I'd think a good 40+ hp I'm thinking 272 with as large a lift as I can go and still retain hydraulic lifters. And I'm also in need of a new gearbox as you might be able to hear the shifts are very slow from 2nd to 3rd so maybe time for an auto.
  6. Had a good weekend at POWERCRUISE alot of fast cars out there had a few issues killed another CAS and when I pulled it to replace I noticed the locating lug on the front of the cam snapped off so a good excuse for sone big cams
  7. When you get over all the homosexual urges that sexy mullet causes he is a good bloke. The Rolla finally got on E85 this arvo, free power is so good
  8. So have had a crazy few days, took the car up to Forced Performance to get the car converted over to E85 ramped the car up on 98 to get a base to compare it to and something just wasnt right it was just laying over on high boost but was staying fine on low boost. Diagnosis valve springs had gone soft. Off the dyno at 5:30pm and started fitting valve springs thanks to Goleby's Parts that had them in stock and decided time to do lifters as well. Got to the last piston and heard this little bubbling in the radiator so diagnosis head gaskets done. So again Goleby's parts to the rescue while the head was off we replaced timing belt, water pump, tensioners all installed and car fired up that night ready for dyno today, rolled it on dyno this arvo frost ramp CAS died so off to get another fitted and got a few ramps done to get a base for the E85 tomorrow. Made a strong figure on 20psi I got some video and will upload it with the E85 graph tomorrow then time to go racing!!!
  9. Had a good day in Manland this afternoon decided to splash a bit of black paint around on some spare cam covers and intercooler/intake pipe and start fitting my 044 and new fuel line for E85 which its getting tuned for mid next week. While I was at it I fitted an new prefilter for my surge tank and a new fuel filter on my high pressure line. Before After
  10. 15x6 front 175 65 15 unsure of offset 15x8 rear 225 50 15 offset 23+ but diff was shortened to suit offset
  11. Got the rims painted and on, all I can say about ET streets is wow a car that was buzzing the first 3 gears well to then struggle spinning in first and hooking up hard in second these tyres are worth what you pay for them.
  12. Yeah it would go well bracket racing, what's holding it back from the 11.2 you were wanting?
  13. It doesn't seem very consistent you might wanna fix that.. Love it mate its one cool wagon
  14. This thing is soo damn cool nice work mate
  15. My 15" steelies turned up today just need to get them sanded and painted up but they fit perfect Now to decide same colour as the bumpers or satin black a mates convinced me on black but what do you guys think.
  16. Yep I know once this tanks out of 98 ill 044 and new fuel lines

    Spotted Qld

T.R.I.C.K had a cruise to the Aussie v Kiwi bash at Morgan park 1/8 what were you in I didn't see anyone waving or anything though I'm bloody blind
  18. Took it out to Warwick 1/8 mile on shitty street tyres as my pursuity's aren't ready yet was interesting trying to get the power down
  19. I managed to get 225/40/16's on the rear of my 20 never scrubbed in normal driving except turning up steep driveways (25* or more) think the fronts were 205/45/16 but not real sure they did however find the guard once before I got them rolled (good ol baseball bat) 16s look huge on a 20 but do fit well if you get the right offset etc but in hindsight in prob go back to 15" rims so much easier and cheaper to get good quality tyres
  20. Can't wait to hear that blower whine!
