Crush all your spices and rock salt together in it, Then toss it into a bowl with some cut herbs and olive oil. Drop in your meat, put lid on the bowl and shake it till you have a seasoning crust on your meat.

Lemongrass, coriander stalks, cummin, tumeric, ginger, chilli, fish oil and grind it,

 

Cook it, add coconut cream and stock, then slow cook any meat
