This is the intended route. I just chose Rockingham as the start point randomly but we can decide to meet wherever. Let me know where you guys would like to meet. This is an amazing drive. Hey Guys, Sorry I had to go away for work suddenly but I'm back now.... Shall we organise something for early june? I'm going to say we do the 2nd option of a day cruise and a bbq on the 14th of June. Would everyone prefer a run that headed down south or one that went up north. Personally I wouldnt mind meeting somewhere south of the river and doing a Mundaring run or Waroons. Sorry for the delay guys... The 14th of June should give enough time for you all to get your cars ready :D

Ok guys, I will do a popper write up of what routes and locations I'm thinking of tomorrow but at this stage date wise I'm thinking April the 19th or 20th. 19th being the Saturday and the 20th being the Sunday. I'm flexible for either date. Ill post up tomorrow proposed routes and stops. :D

I am now flexible with dates so if i was to make it during school/uni holidays would everyoen be more keen for mg? I personally don't mind.

Dave, I did that with my BA XR8 ute. No room for the box and motor to come out together so I got a hacksaw and cut the whole front of the car away and reefed it out haha. But seriously go over the motor and make sure every hose and wire is diconnected and then do it again just to make sure :) Un-bolt the crossmembers and the enginge mounts and lift it. Make sure you lift it using the lifting spots on the motor otherwise you could have a bad time. Make sure you drain the gearbox before it comes out, also don't forget about taking the shifter off aswel.

Does your new fuel pump have enough pressure? Also are your plugs gapped right? Check your dizzy cap for build up and the resistance on the leads are good :) Hope this helps

Hey Rollaclubers, The WA forum has been dead for a while now. Its time to get the club going again me thinks. I am looking for interest in a gathering of either. 1) Weekend cruise down to margaret river. This would be down through the bendy roadsin waroona, staying the night in margaret river for some nice food and beverages with good people. Plus some pretty sweet photo locations. Organising a camp site for the club to stay. 2) Single day cruise and bbq. Looking at a single day cruise with a bbq for lunch in the middle. Looking at running the event in the second half of April depending on people preferances. This would be a good opportunity for everyone to meet who doesnt already know each other and some much needed catch ups. I have previously attended the Great ocean road cruise that the VIC guys try and run most years and that was a huge amount of fun! I was thinking if there is interest shown for option 1 we can also run a t-shirt and sticker print just for the weekend. Once I gauge some interest of what everyone wants to do I can get quotes for some campsites and printing companies.
