Why Do You Think We Need A Govt??
MYSTIK replied to altezzaclub's topic in Rollaclub Social (Off-Topic)
you do know that the emergency services levy only applies to fixed and mobile property i.e houses and vehicles. that and from my understanding doesnt apply to the ambulance service, cause if you take a ride in an ambulance without any form of ambulance cover you will find a nice letter with a big please pay me bill in it. I know from a family experience from earlier this year, footing an $800 bill for calling an ambulance for a sick family member. -
is that in reference to me? if so i know they will fit asthe wheels came off of another ae9x, I'm just taking the extra precaution of pumping the guards so i can get it relatively lowish :fuzz:

read 2001 and seen the movie, i have also seen the movie 2010, and i started reading 3001 but never finished it. another series for the scifi freaks is red mars, green mars, blue mars by Kim Stanley Robinson Clive Cussler, dirk pitt series which consists of 21 books I'm about 1/2 way through the series. He also has series call "from the files of numa" "files of the orgean" and "Issac bell series" Wilbur Smith, my favorite series is about the courtneys, which starts in england, migrates to africa then to france during world war 1, back to africa. There are quite a few off shoot novels in the series that relate to different family members and what they are doing during particular time frames. I have also enjoyed reading "river god" and its sqeuals "the seventh scroll","warlock", and "the quest" which I'm currently reading. Read and enjoyed "hunger of the sea","Elephant song","the sunbird" as you can see I'm a wilbur smith fan and have read far to many to remember them all Bryce Corutney, "the power of one: and its squeal "tandia" plus a random selection of readers digest condensed novels which consist of 3 to 4 stories condensed into one book.

rims are not currently on the car as its awaiting a heart transplant/new suspension(including bushes) etc etc etc. though i am currently using a set of 16x6.5 +38 on king lows here is a test fit of the rims only on the rear of the 15x7 +25 http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj5/mystik_rolla/tire009.jpg http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj5/mystik_rolla/tire008.jpg not the greatest pics but you get the point

15x8 +25 dude, all i can say is hello to mexican wheel poke, and butchered guards  i have to pump my guard slightly to fit 15x7 +25 on an ae9x and thats with 205/50/r15 plus i would go with what ke70dave said about the tyre data sheet for recommended rim widths :y:

street view of my place revealed my seca sitting in the driveway out the front, hasnt seen the road since early February :hmm:
-
considering the standard size and offset for ae9x alloys are 14x5.5 +38 you rims in question will fill the guards nicely, i would look into rolling the inner lip of the guards to eliminate any potential scrubbing issues. as for the center bore i would be buying hub centric rings for the wheels at the same time since ae9X's are a 54mm bore. now i was looking at a similar size for my ae93 seca, but i ended up with a set of 15x7 inch +25(no its not a typo) offset is a little extreme, but i wanted to fill the guards and get a flush kind of look, and i wont be stretching tyres either

this preferably needs to be in the wtb section in the marketplace. cheers :)

Hmmm i wouldn't there would be a different between the a/c and non a/c, could understand the difference between the 4afc and the 4afe :hmm:. then then again i havent had to changed the alternator/regulator on either of my ae9x's :hmm: for future reference toyota's part no. is: 27700‑70030 - REGULATOR ASSY, GENERATOR :y:

Good Wreckers/Spare Parts In Adelaide
MYSTIK replied to ilovecars's topic in AExx Corolla Discussion
ae94 as it states in the topic. There are a few toyota wreckers in adelaide. Just Jap Just Wrecking City Dismantlers just to start you off, but do as i have done in the past ring around different wreckers are ask if if they have anything for an ae92 as it is the most commonly used chassis code for the ae9X series. -

I'm slack as you probably already know. The seca is dormant in the shed. But i do have a nice pretty pile of parts taking up space in my room :P which i have added to since my last post here with new EBC brake pads, RDA slotted rotors, braided brakes lines, and rebuilt front and rear calipers. and these little beauties 15x7 +25 :hmm: :fuzz: and I'm tossing up which adjustable coilovers to go with :hmm: then i might have all the parts I'm after(god i love collecting parts)to finally start/finish this rebuild :P Edit: i forgot to mention i also acquired 2nd lsd E58 gearbox with shafts from ebay earlier this years as well(see what did i tell ya i like collecting parts :laff: )
